I’ve been going there for quite some time now couple years now each time that I’ve gone there they’ve always had high quality of good. Customer service made me feel like family up until today on this day.11/05/24. I gotta give a shout out to a special hard worker who works there his name is K if you guys ever need any help or anything. I highly recommend him because he has gone far and beyond and over and out for his job today as for me, a customer, Crystal Castro.much appreciated him from our family 👍🏻💯👊🏻🙏🏻

If I could give them two zeros that’s what they deserve. After two and a half weeks no phone call on my car and condition. After my phone call and visit first advisor Kay was off the job and Bill took over. First bid was $702.00 . Bill took over as he put it Kay was all over the place with it. He presented another estimate for $2,900.00 😩 They were told what was wrong with the car . They kept guessing it’s carburetor no it’s not it’s alternator no its regulator? Went to pay the whopping bill which took 10 minutes to figure out ( new right then something was fishy)for $692.00 . Only thing they did was replace oil sending unit that cost around $20.00 . Couldn’t talk to the owner as Bill advisor is apparently an owner?? They lost me as a customer Forever.

Came in for a faulty brake light . I changed bulb so something else . They had me in and out less than 15 minutes. Company car so much appreciated that I was back on road quickly.

I was referred by a friend. Bill, the manager, was very courteous on the phone. I brought my car the next morning for a simple service. I was told there would be a two hour wait. I had my car back, repaired, in one hour. Under promised, over delivered. I give high praises to this establishment. Very honest and reasonably priced repair shop. The friend referral was correct.

They have good service and people are very courteous. But charges are tooooo high. They charged me 400$ to diagnose an issue and asked 4000$ to repair. I go to the dealer after that , dealer charged 240 to diagnose and 3100$ to repair. How can any private place be 50% more than dealer? I went there trusting the reviews thinking they are reasonably priced but they are not.

fit us in for a rush job, and did excellent work. Can easily imagine they are one of the best mechanics in the area. Very thorough. Would go to them again in a heartbeat.

James and Juan Diaz are really good at their job. The customer service was amazing and friendly, and understood and made sure to write down all of my concerns including out of office texts to change the plan and the original estimate. The alignment, transmission service, and multi point check was really worth the money and made my car so much better already! Don’t look any longer, if you need a mechanic, this is the place to go! Some things that you can do yourself are a little over priced but as long as you know some youtube and car knowledge you’ll still get a crazy bang for your buck. They’re highly experienced and never added extra to the estimated price. I really appreciate it! Thank you!

I called earlier in the morning to see if they could squeeze me in for a synthetic oil change and they were able to accommodate my request! I was recommended to this business by my auto shop to get a steam clean for my engine. I have to say, if I wasn't a loyal customer to my shop, I would want to have this be my go-to mechanic shop. This business seems to run like a well-oiled machine. (Pun intended) Setting up my appointment was very easy, and they were patient with answering my questions. The office is clean and welcoming, and they even have coffee, water, or tea for free for you for while you wait. Although I only got a steam engine cleaning, I can tell by the number of cars they have on the lot that are waiting to be worked on that they are probably a reputable business. I would recommend them to others.

Excellent customer service & service delivery!!! I stopped by to have my vehicle assessed and to my pleasant surprise they were able to fix my vehicle the very same day at a very fair price!!! That means so much to me as a woman who went by myself and was treated respectfully & fairly!!!

We drove from the Midwest to Santa Clara to drop the car off at our daughter’s new place. The last several hundred miles the car began to make an awful noise. We had only one day to find the problem and fix it because we already purchased our plane ticket’s for our return trip home. Could we find a garage that would see the car so quickly, would they be able and willing to fix it in one day, would we be price gauged because we have a Michigan plate, would our daughter be able to navigate car repairs? We were worried parents. Bill and his mechanic made us feel like family. A test drive and a lift on the hoist found a loose heat shield that was quickly fixed. Bill let us know that if our daughter needed any help with the car during her stay in California she should reach out to him. What a relief knowing she and the car will be in capable hands!

They are as user-friendly as they are exceptionally knowledgeable. They got me in same day when by service light went on. Kay explained everything in detail, from recommended service to what they found and recommendations for future. They did not suggest things I did not need. Wonderful place. Also great for body work.
