Arrived just before 0700, guard shack sleeping and didnt even wake to employee honking car horn at gate, the back up was parked in her car sleeping as well. The employee waiting to get in was more helpful than the sleeping guard :( location needs professionals!!!

Other than the guard shack being slow putting the info in the computer..it's an ok place to pick up..I do mostly drop/hook here so getting out fast is just up to me.

I’ll start by saying if you are picking up, pick up between 2 and 6 am, otherwise you will be waiting a long time, every one I have dealt with there is always pretty nice, one of the yard jockeys however is incompetent and rude, he dropped a trailer that I needed in the mud and when I asked him to pull it out he started yelling and cursing to himself when he got back in his little yard truck and I told him I would get some one sane to do it and he sped over and lifted the trailer all the way up and pulled it forward and did not lower it, disconnected the air lines and dropped the trailer hard damaging the landing gear, the trailer was also sitting on its side about to fall over when he dropped it so still couldn’t hook to it, terrible worker very unprofessional and incompetent.

Had 12 'O'clock appointment and waited 6hrs to get loaded they take their own little time to get loaded also when you come to get loaded you either keep your trailer or you drop it in a dirty yard full of pot holes 🕳️. Letting my dispatch I don't wonna come Back here. I check in at 11:27 then they have this cage to lock you in as a criminal to check in.

Other than it being small but not too tight where you're not able to back in your trailer the only bad thing is security does take their sweet time taking you in, for myself it was a drop and hook. So I was out of there with in less than 30 minutes. Give or take. As soon as you pull in, into the driveway they're gonna make you slide your tandems so be prepared for that.

This place is trash it is way too small for the size of the trailers that we have to go in there with they want the tandems all the way to the back which makes it even worse it’s almost impossible to get i in the spot it is ridiculous that they expect us to do this and they know that this place is too small and they are not doing anything about it they need to space the trailers out more or move to a bigger warehouse because this is unacceptable this place is way over capacity if you have a drop and hook here good luck

Horrible place to pickup everyone has to stay in the same line whether its 18 wheeler or 2 or 4 tires pickup person. So far within 25 mins only 1 truck moved in the gate. Lazyyy

Gate is broken. You have to wait on the street for your turn. Was turned back they told me my trailer wasn’t ready. They didn’t even let me turn around in their yard. I had to back up from the damn street and leave.

Guard people are nicee, 1 yard guy is rude, and if bringing an empty, Goodluck parking it in the gravel lot area. Usually the load is never ready for pick up, so expect to bobtail out the street and wait for the load to be ready *smh* 👎🏻

Guards are pretty straight to the point, so that was nice. There are no real problems dealing with them as long as you aren't coming in hot-headed. The yard itself is pretty tightly packed, though, making maneuvers difficult, so if you're not using a Volvo, you're probably going to have a difficult time. Regardless of what you do, whether it's backing a trailer in or taking one out, the odds are extremely high that you'll be bumping the sides of trailers just to get back in the spot or leave the spot, depending on where your trailer is and if you can even have enough room to get to the landing gear to drop it/raise it. The timing on loads also seems off, as for a drop and hook I pretty much had to do my reset right outside the gate before my load was ready, so double check your pickup times and check in with your driver managers or whatever before you try to come here as the pilot and loves across the street are usually pretty packed. You can park to the left of the entrance down the road without being bothered by anyone so you can do a 10hr there with relative ease. Overall, it's not the greatest place I've had to pick up from, but definitely far from the worst. Your tandems will have to be slid to the rear before you go to the gate, and if you have an empty it would also be a good time to open one door as they're going to look inside. Make sure you swept out the trailer before getting there.

I was expecting the wrost reading the reviews.. but in my case everything went well and all the staff was helpfull!! Was fully unloaded in under 2h ..would deliver here again!

Super rude and even when you there before your appointment time you have to drop your trailer and leave the property. Then when your load is ready be ready expect to wait on the street even though your trailer is loaded and ready to roll.

Very tight parking spot and security guard won’t help you in any way !! Better park your truck in loves and moves those damn axle all the way back and then come to the yard !! Do not even come single as the parking spot is like a fish market (hard to find) .. rest good luck They’ll ask you to park the trailer in such a short space as they think it’s a video game 🎮

Yard dog almost ran into me. Another seemed like I was bothering him when I couldn’t locate a trailer. Tight parking, especially considering they want tandems slid to the rear. That helps. Not. Guard guy is nice, so that helps.

Don’t come here for pick up. The worst place i’ve been here for first time for pick up. Check in at 10:30 am . Drop my trailer and wait outside on the road . It’s 4 :30 pm now. Almost 6 hours and still waiting. They won’t contact to driver. They will contact to dispatch when finished. The worst system and the worst place. Avoid this place

Attention Truckers: when you pull into the driveway here, you have to read the posted notice on the gate. Also slide your tandems to the rear, there's very little space on the driveway due to the gate being closed. You'll see a blacked out window at the security building, walk up to there with your license and give them your BOL's if delivering. They will ask for your truck # and license plate. The gate will open, drive through and stop so security can verify the seal on the back of your trailer. Next security will instruct you on where to drop your loaded trailer and pick up your empty. This will be a very difficult drop-n-hook as all the trailers are squeezed together tight and there's almost no room to swing your tractor when your doing your backing. I had to adjust my tandems to get the trailer in the hole and slide tandems back again. Go extremely slow and use GOAL multiple times. And when picking up your empty is gonna be on a gravel road with trailers too close to each other. Same thing here go slow + use GOAL. And if possible I recommend you do this during the day time because at night its difficult to see due to limited lighting on the property. If you have to live load/unload here I don't know how that arrangement would work here. When done drive to security gate in which they will look inside your trailer to verify your empty, from there you should be good to go. Overall this place is terrible and not trucker friendly. Huston traffic alone make it challenging already, in addition you have to deal with security with questionable customer service skills, trailers being too close to each other, poor lighting at night, and a gravel road with many pot holes in them. I would avoid coming here again.

Checar con el security es un infierno es un hombre moreno algo viejo,muy grosero y desagradable Debes dejar tu trailer y salirte a la calle a esperar 4 o 5 horas y estar checando.constantemente con el guardia desagradable para saber cuando estará listo para recoger Gracias al joven security hispano que me ayudó con las indicaciones. Esta carga es a mano al igual que su delivery también tarda una eternidad no lo recomiendo a no ser por un rate $ alto Entre pick up and delivery e perdido 15 horas

Terrible place to pick up a load, checked in 10.00 am, drop trailer in bobtail out, now 3.00 pm still waiting. Gate security guy act like we came rob them. Really bad place to pick up. Never ever again for this place. They don’t care your time
