Efficient, friendly, professional, dialed! Previously took my car to a different local shop for a sudden transmission problem. They claimed it needed a new transmission, held onto it for a month, did nothing, and didn‘t even call me back. Then I took it back and went to Mick‘s. They thoroughly inspected my car a day earlier than scheduled and called me back immediately. 1 day later the transmission was fixed, it did not need replacement afterall, just had rodents chewing on the wires! Mick‘s also provided a comprehensive digital list of future potential issues that will need work including easy explainer videos! How refreshing! Thanks guys!

Mick's Automotive is great. All staff is friendly and welcoming. I took my car in for a check engine light. They found the issue and was very informative on a class action suit that Hyundai has due to my car problem. I will now be taking it to Hyundai to find resolution. I appreciate their information and help.

best decision ever to start bringing my car to micks! as a woman, the dealership and other auto shops can feel like the pits of hell but at micks is different. everyone has such a kind communication style and is extremely supportive/understanding when it comes to making decisions/prioritizing what work needs to be done on my older Subaru. i’ve never been made to feel uncomfortable, gaslit, or like i’m getting taken advantage of here. prices aren’t the “cheapest” in town but, you pay for quality work and communication. i’m happy to support a place that i feel supports me!

I have been going to Mick's Automotive since it opened. Tracy has always been upfront and honest with me. I have always been very happy with the service and knowing the job is done right. Tracy and his staff always take the time to answer my questions and I know if I have a problem with my truck they will take care of me in a timely manner. I would not go anywhere else.

Mick's Automotive is not like other repair shops. This place is all about meticulous attention to every detail, when it comes to diagnosing and repairing your vehicle. They also communicate with customers in a thorough and professional way, providing updates in real time as the diagnosis and repair process proceeds. Nobody else does this, certainly not the service departments of dealerships. Tracy is a Master Toyota Technician; not only that, he also seems to actually want to explain things to the customer thoroughly enough that the customer will be able to understand complex issues regarding the vehicle. The whole staff is friendly and courteous and the atmosphere is quite positive at the shop. The unbelievable perk that they offer is loaner cars for customers to use while their vehicles are in the shop. Who does that? The customer just pays for the gas they use while using the loaner car. All In all, if you have a Japanese -make vehicle, you are wasting your time and your money anywhere else but Mick's Automotive.

I recently got my car serviced this past week. Tracy who checked me in has always been informative about what they plan to do and what to expect. Bloo who ran my service report made it a lot easier for me to get new tires by taking care of it while they had my car. Overall great experience!
