I came here for the first time yesterday and can confidently say I’ve found my lifetime auto body / mechanic shop. I noticed how polite each of the staff were, from the receptionist that listened to the issues with my car, to the mechanics that took a look at the issue, and finally to the head mechanic who addressed each of my concerns and helped me understand the diagnosis and solution. Although our interaction was short, they have gained my trust. I will be coming back, but hopefully I won’t have to too soon 😅

This place is a scam, don't trust them or their deceptive practices. Tried to charge me over 4x more than originally offered and lied about the amount of labor time and cost. Go to somewhere that respects their customers and honors their word. These people have zero integrity Addendum to respond to the owners gaslighting…. My issue is with groupon price which says $20 for wheel balancing and nowhere in the fine print listed this is only for one tire…. he is posing this amount as a “discount” and then charging people more than just about any other shop. Owner said it would take 1.5-2 hours to wheel balance… yeah right… it’s like 30-45 min tops. I paid $35 dollars including tax for all four tires at pep boys the following day and it included tire rotation and they were done in less than half an hour. Mid city complete auto wanted over $100 and claimed it would take at least 3/4x longer. That and the customer service was awful, he hung up the phone on me and said I “talked too much” when refuting his prices and statistics. You should never have to pay more than $65 dollars for wheel balancing even in a desperate situation. I stand by my previous comment, this shop is unethical and looking to scam customers not help them.

This place is awesome! First of all, the head mechanics here actually know and understand motor vehicles. A rare find. They were patient and thorough and showed me all of the parts that needed replacing and explained everything to me. Very transparent, nothing was done without my permission and they didn’t pressure me at all. Fair pricing overall and they got it all done in one day! Highly recommend!

They don't actually diagnose the problems of your car, they scan it once and then they assume what the problem is. Lazy mechanics. Sloppy work too!

Great shop... diagnosed my problem, gave me a straight forward solution with pricing. Took the weekend to compare to other options and ended up coming right back. They took care of me same day with a hard to find part for my Jeep Wrangler. Would highly recommend!

Horrible experience. I was clear when called in that we only need brake pads replacement & none of the rotors or any extras. It was explained and agreed there will be no surprises. These mechanics took advantage of my elderly parents clearly not following what was offered to them, and at the end they ended up paying extra $300. For a contrast, Groupon deal was $351. Predatory & unethical people.

I dont leave reviews! But these guys bought my alternator took it off replaced it & did all this for me in less than AN HOUR. I had my vehicle towed here & they took care of me!You guys get your cars towed here

I've been a loyal customer for years now, so a review is well overdue. The mechanics here are competent, friendly, and reasonable, and prices are great. I highly recommend them! When I needed to replace my side mirror, I bought the part online and they installed it for me for $50. And when major repairs/maintenance ($$) were needed, they gave me an estimate of how urgent they were and how long the repairs could wait without causing critical issues. I call ahead when I'm going to visit, and while most times they say to come right over, a few times they do recommend coming the next morning instead because they are busy. The Google listing has historically had some issues with properly updating their hours, so if you're planning to come in the last hour or two of the day, do call ahead.
