Carlos is friendly, professional and most all skilled at auto repair. I called him and within an hour he was at my place. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. I highly recommend his service.

Purple People Pleaser. Carlos came out to my vehicle and diagnosed it correctly within minutes. Did all of the repairs on the road where the car sat in the dem lot. Saved me over $1000. Knows what he’s doing, is completely trustworthy, and has my recommendation to all purple.

UPDATE: we still have not heard from this company nor the main owner. We ended taking the truck to Your Town Automotive here in Olive Branch MS and they were able to get the vehicle in and out within a day or so. Very reasonably priced and very nice workers AND OWNER. My fiancé’s work truck started having issues last Tuesday, and we reached out to Mid South Mobile Auto Repair on Friday to get some help. My fiancé called Carlos (who I assume is the owner), but he didn’t answer initially. However, Carlos called back shortly after and gave us some suggestions on what the problem could be and potential solutions. Since this truck is essential to our livelihood—it’s our source of income and used by our employees—we thought it would be best for him to come out and take a look. I am pregnant, and the truck being out of service has added extra pressure on me to cover what we’re unable to do. Carlos said he could come out on Sunday, provided the Cowboys weren’t playing during the day. We agreed and sent him the details of our vehicle, our address, and the time via text. Unfortunately, we never received a response. We followed up yesterday offering an earlier time, but still no reply. It’s now 4:37 p.m. on Sunday, and Carlos never showed up, nor did he communicate with us in any way. This experience was very unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. If Carlos wasn’t available, a simple call or text would have allowed us to seek help elsewhere, so we could get the truck fixed and resume work. Instead, we’ve been left hanging without an income, and our time was wasted. I wouldn’t recommend Mid South Mobile Auto Repair based on this experience.

Wanted to make an appointment to have my car fixed and thought it would be maybe a few days or weeks before I'd see anyone but he came the day I called and diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote that same day. Once everything was agreed he came back the next day and worked on my car until he fixed all the issues. He made sure to test drive it before he just handed it off to me. This was a man who takes pride in doing a job right

Amazing service! Was more than efficient and super patient! Had to go back a few times to the parts store to get the correct parts but he was there the whole way! Communication was on point as well!!! Very reasonable price! Will be recommending him to everyone I know!

I called Mid South Auto Repair this morning. Carlos promptly answered the call. He gave me a quote of how much it would cost for him to come out and look at the vehicle. He also told me what I might be able to do myself, which impressed me, and let me know he wasn't just trying to make a quick dollar. He arrived when he said he would, showed me a few things about the vehicle that I didn't know, and did a thorough check. He got the car up and running fast! He also did several other repairs for me. I was definitely pleased with Carlos! His knowledge of vehicles is extensive. I will be using his services anytime I need a car repair! Thanks Carlos!

I called him to help my sister. Her serpentine belt on her Jeep Patriot had shredded. I bought the wrong belt and he was patient enough for me to go get another belt. On top of that, he was able to get to us the same day. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I am going to use him again.

My car starter died on me and I had to get it fixed asap before work in the morning, Carlos came out and did an amazing job, even in the rain he still came out and got my car running in less then 2 hours! I called many other places but none would come out in the rain, I definitely recommend using this company I know I'll be keeping them in my phone from now on 😃

When I say Carlos is a miracle worker, I mean exactly that! My car randomly wouldn’t start when I came out of the store and I had to leave it overnight. He got back to me QUICKLY, met me at the car within 45 minutes (I had to pick my son up from school), diagnosed my car, and changed my alternator the same day! He even took me to go get my parts! It was 99 degrees yesterday with a heat index of 101! When I say ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I mean EXACTLY THAT! BEST service I’ve had from any mechanic in the city!! And his prices are REASONABLE! I didn’t break the bank AT ALL and I am so grateful! I won’t be calling anyone else if I have any other problems! He earned my business forever! Thank you so much Carlos!!

Carlos went above and beyond to replace my alternator on the same day I called him. I was stranded at a hotel and he went to Autozone to pick up the part that I purchased online, then replaced the alternator in 15 minutes and my car was up and running again. Thank you Carlos!

I called Carlos early one morning because my check engine light was blinking. He was there within the hour, drove across town because the nearest auto store didn’t have the correct parts, and had my vehicle fixed by the afternoon. Exceptional service and great price. I highly recommend!!

I called Carlos just after 9:00 AM and less than 12 hours later he had installed a new starter on my truck and I was good to go. We communicated throughout the day and he let me know what my options were before making any repairs. He really exceeded my expectations.

Carlous was amazing! I had multiple issues with my car and since I'm new in town I didn't know what to do. Carlous came and fixed everything in an hour. I appreciate someone who makes me comfortable when I don’t know what to do at that very moment. My husband was unavailable OTR and I needed help quick! Although the service charge for him to show could have at LEAST been lowered due to me needing to go to Autozone for full service, I consider the service charge at minimum - completely fair because he came within 30 minutes.He’s awesome! He also happened to sound the most confident and polite on the phone! I’ll pay for professional & reliable services any day!! Thanxs!

The reviews are the truth you guys!!! He answered my call first thing in the morning, communicated with me all the way until he arrived letting me know that he was on his way then 10mins away then in the front. He was knowledgeable about his work he double checked what I told him was wrong just to make sure that was the problem. Efficient job done in a very timely manner and cleaned up as he worked, reset check engine light and I’m back in business!!! Very affordable and dependable will use him again!
