Rude staff and overpriced services - they were $300 more than the Brake Masters across the street. Hung up on us when they let us know the estimate and we said we wanted to get additional quotes.

Took my car here and they quoted me and after I declined idk if they put a screw in my tire evan the guy said that he felt it once he was taking out the bay and told me that its the control arm like dude I just drove near orillies and came back. I drove to midas with no thump or anything and I showed him and all he said was we don't do tires 😒 figures

SCAM ALERT 🚨 DO NOT GO TO MIDAS!!! Went to get spark plugs and tune up. They replaced 3 of the 6 spark plugs and charged for all. Found out because had to go Ford dealership two days later. Their mechanic brought me the spark plugs to show me the scam. Reached out to Midas immediately and they admitted to wrongdoing. Said they were going to refund 100% but keep giving me the runaround. Going on 4 month now. This happened at Midas 3711 NM-528 Albuquerque! NM 87114. Talk about B S !!!! @midasofficial

I came into town to get a vehicle inspection for Uber. I didn't know they only do them Monday through Wednesday. However, they were kind enough to work at them today! They were very nice here!

I went to Midas to renew my car inspection for my Uber driver app and I was met by a gentleman named Herbert. He was courteous and polite and took care of business in no time. I thank Midas for the help provided, and also for a wonderful employee with good customer service skills.

Went in to get my brakes replaced due to grinding. A few weeks later, they are still grinding. I take my car back and they tell me to just drive it more and give it time to kick in. It has now been a few months and my brakes are STILL grinding. $1,000 later, I shouldn’t still have this issue. I’d give 0 stars if possible.
