I bought a Groupon for an oil change and the service was great. Oil change was quick and the customer service was great as well. Would definitely come back here for an oil change again.

I used to go to this Midas 10 years ago and now I know why I stopped - price gouging! They wanted to charge me 3x the labor compared to the parts prices. I took my vehicle elsewhere and qouted me less than half what I would have paid here. I was out $200 just for them to tell me what I knew before. Only + was tech was very nice and tried to help.

Nice and friendly! Got an oil change through a Groupon and the front manager let me know in the future they will always match Groupon because when customers purchase through Groupon, they don't recieve the full cost! Mid oil change we got a call about a differential leak...their techs pay attention and cared enough to walk us through what it means and how to approach our dealership about it since we are under warranty. Clean restroom and overall great experience! We will be coming back!

I bought a Groupon for an alignment and they didn’t honor it even though the Groupon did not have any limitations stated which automatically makes you at fault for not specifying you will charge more for working on European cars on the Groupon . The manager which was a large Hispanic lady was very rude and refused to even honor the difference of the price since a “regular” car cost 100 and a bmw cost 129 which I was willing to pay the 29 extra. She said no. I only knew she was the manager because she was complaining to a customer how she doesn’t get help and she’s on salary and overworked. I said do the alignment anyways and I’ll pay out of pocket and get a refund on my Groupon . So they took 2 hours (I had an appointment) and the mechanic said my shocks were “degraded” and he could not do the alignment. Then proceeded to shine a flashlight to “show me” they were degraded based on just looking at the exterior. I asked how so, he said you can just see it look. Just flashed his light at the wheel well. He then Quoted me 4,200 dollars to change the shocks, rotors, struts, brake pads and air filter. I’m an ASE certified mechanic. There is nothing wrong with those items. I fully inspected my car. I also said if I change the shocks will they be able to do the alignment: he said it has to be the shocks they order and I can’t get any other brand. The rude manager right away asked him if he told me about the financing option, and he was mumbling with her at a distance that he swears he offered it to me already but I didn’t bite. He then Refused to give me the estimate (probably because it might be proof and I would have posted it on here of the outrageous claims) so I just got a paper with the suggested repairs and a 0$ value .. terrible shady place.. never again.

Came in to the shop with an oil pressure light on-- which could be a big, expensive problem. Dwayne was at the front desk. He suggested that it could be just a fouled sensor and wrote up the order. I had my fingers and toes crossed that it was just the sensor! They did some diagnostic checking around, checked a national database of possible problems, and put Cornelius AKA Corny on the job. Corny swapped it out, and then took the car for a 15 minute test drive, as I had mentioned to Dwayne that the light usually comes on after driving a while. When he got back to the shop, they put the car back on the lift to check for leaks! Turned out he nailed it. Drove it back and forth to work twice so far-- no light! The staff at this shop is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I threw a question at Dwayne about the internals of my car's engine. He wanted to double check his answer, and called over another mechanic, Cody, who instantly corroborated. They really know their stuff! By the way, an oil change here-- done by a real mechanic-- won't cost any more than one of those drive through joints, and they'll perform a general system and safety check while the car is on the lift. All in all, one of the best experiences ever at a repair shop. Hell, one of the best experiences ever with any business! Highly recommended.

Go somewhere else. By far Worse place I’ve taken my car. Try to charge me an outrageous bill. For parts have been already replaced. If you want to get hustled for your $ and get taken advantage of. Your at the right place

LISTEN UP SERIOUSLY I can’t believe they had the audacity to say a bunch of things were wrong with my car when I tried to go in to get an alignment and refused to do it. Never come here they will scam you. I feel like they broke parts on purpose too.

LISTEN UP SERIOUSLY! This place will absolutely scam you out of money. I went in to get my oil changed, and they were quick to tell me my car needed 1000 dollars worth of work. They said I needed brakes and rotors all the way around and that my car wasn't safe. What a way to play on fear. The woman (Virginia) in the front was manipulative as she tried to convince me this was a good deal. It absolutely was not! I quickly took my car to my own mechanic, and there was nothing wrong with the breaks or rotors. He also said they would never cost that much to fix anyway. The mechanic at Midas was lying. Blatantly! If you go to this shop, stand your ground! Do not let them scare you into paying for something you don't need. Always get a second opinion on your car.

Recently had front suspension work done on my car and it needed an alignment due to the parts that were replaced. PURCHASED A GROUPON When I took car in for an alignment I was told that they couldn't do it because it needed brake pads, cabin filter, oil change and other front end parts that were just replaced a week ago and were brand new. The rep Virginia stated that the mechanic said he couldn't do it I feel like they offer a lower price on Groupon just to get you in the store to upsell you for things you don't even need. Shame on Midas and Groupon
