Do not go here! Terrible service! Shady business, shady workers! If I could rate them a zero I would. Corporate really needs to investigate into this location they are scamming and ripping people off.

This place is a rip off. We dropped my car off at 8:00am for 4 tires and an alignment for $972 by 10:30 my grandpa called and said they said my car needed another $2100 for new brakes rotors so that’s now $3100. He agreed then they called back and said an additional $3800 for all new struts too!! I said no grandpa it does not need all that they are lying. They had him so scared for my safety. Mind you he is 87 years old. They saw an opportunity and took it. I called around and found some one to do the struts for $1100. I told grandpa to call them and cancel the extra stuff. He called and they told him they can’t it was too late they already started working on the struts. Which was a lie cause Virginia just told me if we cancel we have to pay a a shelf fee or something and she said my car won’t be ready until the end of the day. But told my grandpa they started it. So then we show up there and they are like no, we didn’t start the struts. But they started the brakes so he couldn’t cancel them. So in the end they punked him into 3 times his original price. We got the car at 4:28pm per the recipet. I was so mad at the price I called them back at 4:58 per my phone record. I wanted the old parts I wanted to see them what was so bad to scare him into buying them new. She said that it was too late they didnt have my old parts. That within those twenty minutes my parts where picked up by their scrap people… 😡😡😡 Virginia is a crook, I will be filing a better business bureau complaint and with the attorney general. People should not take advantage of the elderly. I know they scared him because even now I’m not driving my car. I have his. Cause they made him so scared for my safety that he had to get over $6000 in repairs to keep me safe. Since the struts are getting done somewhere else tomorrow he is too afraid for me to drive it. Cause they told him I could wreck. But when I called Virginia she said we could wait a little on the struts. Until we could get all the money… smh

Getting car repairs in 2024 is always a scary situation. The team assured me that they would figure out what was going on with my vehicle and get me back on the road promptly. I had an appointment and over an hour after the appointment time they still hadn't even brought my car inside. Also, I had requested they exchange a lightbulb and they didn't even look at it. I was very disappointed.

Was a long time customer until recently they deceived us and told us one thing and when we went to pick up the vehicle, the price was 5 times the original price. Please be careful of Groupon usage at this location.

Went in for an oil change, service was super fast and Virginia was lovely getting everything set up and ringing me out. PSA they price match Groupons so no need to go thru them, just go to Midas directly!
