DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! I edited my review because when I got my oil change I told the tech immediately that I have it interlock in my car. I usually take it to the Midas on Menaul and Louisiana which I've never had any problems with. This location is closer to my house is why I brought it here this time. Usually I will blow in my interlock and drive it in the bay, this time they had me start my vehicle and they drove it in the bay. When I left Midas after my oil change I noticed my interlock kept going off and I have a violation because one of the techs tried starting my vehicle without me blowing in it. So now I have a violation and a reset fee which cost me over $85. I came to Midas to talk to them and (I think his name is Lucas) said they aren't responsible. I asked if they can possibly comp an oil change in the future which I am sketchy about taking my vehicle there again. And he wasn't willing to do anything but give me a discount which I already get with Groupon. They are not willing to take accountability for their mistakes!!! They were able to get me in immediately for an oil change. My oil change was done within 15 minutes

This was my first visit to Midas for an oil change. Top notch service. Very kind employees. I appreciated the Courtesy Check the tech did on my car. He checked electrical, belts, hoses, fluids, mechanical system and more.

I had screenshot of Groupon, which they honored for the oil change for $38.00, but the total came to over $80 because they charged me for the oil 🛢 filter. No bueno!

After going somewhere else for an oil change, i found out i had a leak, the place told me they cant fix, i asked who can, the said midas up the street..I took my 2007 Jeep Commander in the Juan Tabo shop in ABQ., and was greeted by Lance. I showed him the invoice from the lube place, and he pointed out they could have done it cheaper, and they will run a diagnostic test to cover everything because of my worry. That was a start of my trust for a new shop. So many many things had to be done, I was very nervous, but Lance made me feel at ease. Also took me home because they still had to keep him. See I had traded a ford truck for my commander because my old one was totalled, and had no idea just how bad he was..After 2 long days without my commander, I get a call from Lance telling me he's on his way to pick me up and I waited outside and what drives up my street? Lance in his truck and my Commander following. Lance wanted to have it delivered because the stress of it taking so long and all that. If I can tell EVERYONE, please visit this shop, you won't be sorry. I'm so touched. Thank you Thank you.

After having the rack and pinion replaced we found that they didn't tighten any of the bolts. This could have caused a major accident. Brought it back and they took two days to correct the problem. Then I still found bolts that were only hand tight. Then we found that they didn't tie down the steering pump high pressure line except to zip tie it to a wiring bundle. This caused the line to rub on a fully and create a hole causing a loss of power steering. I would avoid this location at all cost, you take your life in your hands if you do.

Omg, Lance and his group in ABQ NM, Juan Tabo branch, did an amazing job! They are a god send !!! Talk about above and beyond service!!! My Jeep Commander has a forever home. My 1st time there, I won't go anywhere else. They make you feel like family.

Oscar and Lance went above and beyond to take care of me. I came down for the balloon fiesta and my balloon truck broke down. These guys made sure to get my truck fixed so that I did not miss any flights.

Unfortunately this review will not be good. My husband had made an appointment at 10:00am and was told it would not take very long. Because of another vehicle that they were waiting on parts on in their bay, they did not have our car ready until 5:30pm. We live about 25 minutes away and he was stuck in town all day. If they had delivered on their promise and the vehicle was ready within a couple of hours, which we planned for, the review would have been 5 stars.

i had my wheels alignment done at midas and it was great. i had been taking my car to toyota and they would always give me a big list of things that needed to be done which would have cost me $$$$. the people at midas told me my engine and all its parts were in great shape. i asked if they could do repairs if needed and was told YES. they do full engine service. I WILL TAKE MY CAR TO THEM TO FIX WHATEVER IS NEEDED IN THE FUTURE. thanx guys!!!!

Excellent customer service dedicated to high safety and being able to do right by the customer. Craig was able to diagnose and find the faults in my suspension and show me them as the true professional he is. Some alignment places will charge extra for an inspection whereas here it's included. Could not recommend Midas more.
