Total waste of time and unprofessional. I called up LakeCreek Midas around 4:30 pm for engine oil and they said no need of appointment and come before 5pm. I reached in 15 mins. And they said they don't have engine oil, come tomorrow, what the heck! Weren't they were aware of it. Will never go next time.

Great service. It was Saturday and all the oil change places were busy. I looked on Groupon for a good deal. Found this place and very happy with the service. They got me in right away. I was out within 15 minutes. I was very happy and will be returning.

They have always been very helpful at this location and very efficient. When I’ve been in a pinch and needed work done to my car they are usually the place I go to because they always manage to find away to fit me in and get the work done in a timely manner.

Went for an upcharge and Rick didn’t try to upcharge or sell me anything. I used the oil change coupon without hassle, and Rick was friendly and non-pushy — 5 stars for service, efficiency, and quality.
