I really appreciate the Honesty of this Shop! Last year I needed A/C work done. I had spent money over on a Diagnosis at Pep Boys on Planz Road. They didn't repair anything for the 300.00 I spent, then gave me a quote of 2400 more dollars to actually repair the problem. I went into your Shop, Midas on White Lane and got the Job done for 1600 Dollars! I will never do business with Pep Boys on Planz again! I have been only getting work done on my Family's Cars at Midas on White Lane from that point on. Thank you for being honest and doing a great job !!!

The crew at Midas is outstanding. They replaced the serpentine belt on my truck for 1/3 of the coast the dealership would have charged me, and I didn’t have to leave it with them for days. Made a appointment and only waited just under a few hours. And brakes!!!!! I will never go anywhere else. Nobody that i know of can do brakes and rotors for what they charge. I will keeping coming back here with all my vehicles.

Clean shop , great and knowledgeable staff but not enough staff which means longer waiting times and they are fairly slow at getting their work done. Ever since Steve left , this place has gone downhill slowly.

$175 an hour labor cost. Double charges for labor. Charged $650 for a single cv joint replacement. then wanted to charge another $650 for the tie rod which is $44 for the part and utterly 1 pin and 1 single bolt even though assembly is already apart, but tie rod does require disassembly anyway. I did both at home in 20 minutes. It was so easy. He also charged me $130 for diagnosis, but it was not diagnosed. Replaced the tie rods and cv joints and shake is still there. I have to take my car to another garage now. Stay away from this place unless you want to get ripped.

Very great services although I was able to find my wheel lock key iny glove box that the employees were not able to find when they checked my glove box. I attribute that to their being polite while looking through my property.

Doing business here was surprisingly pleasant! Bryan and Nick are extremely professional and courteous. They made navigating my car’s warranties easy because they did all of that work for me. Repairs were priced reasonably and the turnaround time on labor was fantastic. Communication was perfect. This location is on top of it. The only con that I can think of is the lobby. The lobby could be much better. That’s the only so-so experience that I had.

Do not bring your car here for an oil change. Especially if you are a woman! They will find a way to sabotage your your engine just to get you to spend and insane amount of money for a problem you didnt have in the first place! Unbelievable!!!
