I had an excellent experience at Midas! They fixed my back brake pads, rotors, shocks, and control arm—all in one day. A huge thanks to Steve for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly patient while dealing with a challenging third-party warranty company, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The team’s professionalism and efficiency were top-notch. By far the fastest place that’s ever serviced my car or done any work on it, which is such a rare find these days. Any work that’s been done or suggested was always very straightforward and on a need to need basis, they’ve never tried to up-sale me or suggest maintenance that wasn’t really due. I’m not usually too picky about service work and where I get it done, but I’m now a loyal customer to this location purely because I’ve been shown time and time again how trustworthy and efficient they are!

Huge savings on my car's oil change today! Both gentlemen were very pleasant and helpful. The point inspection pictures of your vehicle that are taken during time of service is BOMB!!! I will be going back.

Had 3 oil changes by MIDAS on Joppa .Well to my surprise the oil drain plug was stripped and couldn't get it off.I went back to Midas and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Well I will never go to Midas on Joppa rd again.Rip Off.

I easily got an appointment and the work was completed in a timely manner. This initial post was made 9/27/24 and I received an oil change. Today is 10/22/24. During an inspection for repair for catalytic converter and exhaust replacement at another shop, it was brought to my attention that the oil was almost gone out of my car and there was damage around filter plug. So I had to pay for another filter and oil change. I'm very disappointed because I thought could trust Midas.

I've been patronizing this particular Midas for around 16 years, and I must say I've never had a bad experience here. Two different times, today was one of them, they told me I did not need work on my car that I incorrectly thought that I needed. I've also found their prices and deals to be far less than other shops. I guess I'll keep coming here for another 16 years!

Super helpful staff. No pressure to spend more money but very honest and realistic with when you really need to get work done on your car. They showed me everything on the car and explained what needed to be done. Great service.
