I can’t say enough great things about this shop they were so very kind. Took their time to explain anything to me. I felt liked they cared. They didn’t try to sell me anything either. I went there because they had a good price for an oil change. And Amber was great. Made you feel at home. I will always go there now and I’ll recommend them to all grit and family

This place has the best service I’ve ever received at a mechanic! I came in for a MD safety inspection and they were able to identify and fix all of them for an extremely fair and reasonable price quickly. The inspection plus repairs took 3 hours total (extremely fast compared to other safety inspections I’ve had done). Tony and the rest of the team are incredible and I will be recommending them to everyone car owner I know!

WARNING!!!! DO NOT GO HERE !!! Never seen more incompetent mechanics , came in needing them to check my abs and they didn’t do that did half asked work didn’t even run computer diagnostics but had us pay for the diagnostics made antifreeze leak onto my engine, forced my wheels even though my steering was locked and bent my front axel on the left side where they jacked my car up. On top of all of this they told me my engine was bad all because it needed lubrication to be loosened up , they said my engine was bad even though they gave no proof and it’s not bad and tried charging me 6000 dollars for a used engine with 170,000 miles on it when for 200 more I could get a brand new engine for my car , the absolute worst place you could take your car

The Midas on Eastern Avenue is amazing. I spoke with Jesse and Tony who were super nice and didn’t automatically just see dollar signs upon seeing a woman enter their shop with a car issue. I went there last week because I got a nail in my tire and it was plugged by someone else, but the tire kept leaking. I took it to Midas and they checked my tire out, couldn’t find anything wrong with it, but they filled it up with more air and sent me on my way. I had to come back today (a week later) because my tire was leaking again and it was at a point where I was putting air in it every time I had to use my car. They checked it out again, did some more investigating and found that there was a second smaller nail in it that was missed the first time around. They plugged it up, put air in it, and sent me on my way again. My tire seems to be good now. The thing about these guys is that not only are they nice, but they didn’t try to upcharge me for unnecessary repairs that I didn’t need, or show me broken down parts from a car that wasn’t mine and tell me that that was the problem with my car (like some other places I’ve been to). They were honest and the service was quick. I’d take my vehicle to them any time.

I love this place there customer service is awesome. The mechanic Andrew always done great efficient work the receptionist in the front. It’s very pleasant and polite. The whole staff are very professional and polite and prices are affordable and they do quality fast work

This is for anyone that's considering taking their car to Midas on Eastern avenue do not take your car to Midas they will mess your car up they had to replace my transmission they tried to give it back to me and it wouldn't even go in reverse they will tell you you need things done to your car that you do not even need be careful check behind them when your car is done because of these mechanics that do not know what they're doing they broke the battery post replace it with something that doesn't work taped it up with duct tape on my battery cable just trying to save the next person the inconvenience the extra money you will have to put out and the terrible work that they do

The staff at this Midas are always friendly, professional, and expedient. The technicians repeatedly communicate the status of the vehicle and provide guidance/advice necessary for us "Just gas it and go" Girls. If there's an unresolved concern, I can take my truck back in, and they will get it resolved ASAP. The staff, service, and convenience of this location are great for me!

Don’t go here if you’re a woman by yourself - they will try to rip you off an overcharge you. They quoted me $150 for an oil change so I took my keys back and left. Jiffy lube down the street did the oil change for $99

I stopped by here on a horrible rainy day I was heading home and aware I had a nail in my tire. The nail came out when I was not too far from this Midas location and the air in my tire was rapidly leaking out. I pulled in and told the Machanic in the shop my situation and he sent me to the front desk to the assistant manager Jesse. Jesse told me they do plug tires and immediately helped me. Also he Plugged my tire himself. Even tho I was not there for long. Both the mechanic and the man anger on duty were very helpful and knowledgeable. I know cars i usually work on mines myself. But I would be very comfortable leaving my vehicles in the hands of the Mechanics at this location for sure. Not only do they know what they are doing as far as fixing vehicles . This location is a full service location so anything you need you can get it done here also. The explain to me that they have lifetime warranty’s on certain parts. I would definitely recommend you check this place out. It’s very organized and the staff are very friendly.

Just came from Midas on eastern Avenue i really appreciate there service and customer service what a great team they have i got a oil change and air filter etc. Ambra, Jesse and Dave where very explanatory about everything that was needed on my vehicle I highly recommend this place and I will be a returning customer thank you so much. Nice synthetic and full synthetic oil change price vs others prices , also informed me that the last oil change I had done at Valvoline left the oil drain plug loose about to fall out. I won’t be returning to Valvoline 15 minute oil change.

They were so kind. Went in for an oil change. There was a mistake and they were so patient with everything. They walked me through all the steps that there is when it came to any process they did with my car.
