I have been coming to this location for years and will continue patronizing this establishment. The staff is always upfront and direct when it comes to the care of my vehicle. Which I value most highly because of previous mechanics lying about the work needed to keep my vehicle running.

Midas on Reisterstown Rd was the most friendly mechanic shop I have ever visited for repairs. I was not talked down to because I am woman, all my questions were answered, and the waiting area and bathroom was very clean. They are now my go to mechanics. Thank you Midas

They broke more stuff on my car than what they fixed. Same with my mother's car. Had to make multiple trips to get the right diagnosis and to get the problem fixed. They'll charge you for services they didn't perform. Edit: To the local guides that have never visited this place, please DO NOT 5 STAR. This is misleading, the shop will rip off customers.

I went there back in March for my oil change. I usually go there for my car maintenance. I get the high mileage oil. My oil change is due 6/22/24 . I went to the store . Came back out and try to start my car. It wouldn’t start. Had it towed. Had a mechanic check it out. No damn oil in my engine. Bone dry . He took the dip stick down as far he can and had me run it through my hands. Dry as hell . They never change my oil but charged me for an oil change. I should have known that something was up because my service light was still on. My engine could have locked on me and that would have been the end of my car. Do Not Recommend. Find some where else… This ain’t it.
