TL;DR version: ELEVEN stars!! These guys saved my life!! (That may or may not be an actual literal statement of fact--but they absolutely saved my weekend!) Background: Recently my car was damaged in a shooting on our block. (Yeah, yeah, I know.) After the shooting, the first time I started the car, there was a warning light about my ABS brake system. I took the car to the shop recommended by my insurance company; after several rounds of back-and-forth and missed issues, they discovered that there were two bullet holes in a component of the ABS. Because they were already taking the brake system apart to fix the bullet holes, I had the body shop perform a much-needed replacement of the rear pads and rotors. and once THAT was done as wl fixed, I finally got my car back. Flash forward a week, to a very stressful Saturday afternoon. (I'm dealing with a lot of stuff, let's just leave it there.) I'm a good eight miles from my home, sitting in a parking lot waiting to pick up some food, when I see an unfamiliar warning light, and a status message: LOW BRAKE FLUID. Now, I may not know MUCH about cars, but I know this: brakes are important. After an ill-conceived stop at Jiffy Lube to see if they can do anything to help me (spoiler alert: they couldn't), I called the nearest Midas. This is where things started going RIGHT! The first gentleman I spoke to, told me that they were booked up for the rest of the day (keep in mind, it's noon by this point) but they'd see if they can take a look. So I drive over to 102nd and Western, and explain the situation. Not only did Matthew Corlieto find the issue--a leak caused by damage to the caliper on the rear drivers' side, which almost certainly happened during the "repair" at the body shop, along with some additional damages--but he was able to get the necessary parts and make the full repair by closing time (5 PM on a freezing cold Saturday afternoon!!!). Not only that, after hearing the story of "my car vs automatic weaponry", Matthew gave me as much of a break on the parts and labor as he possibly could. AND he took photos of the damaged caliper, so I can take them back to the body shop and we can have a much-needed conversation about that original brake job. While all this was going on, he also explained to me the importance of preventative maintenance, and wrote up an estimate for some suspension work that's not exactly urgent, but it's definitely upcoming. Any guesses as to where I'm going to go to have this work done?? This Midas is the best--great customer service, and totally goes the extra mile. THANKS, GUYS!!

I worked at this location for 6 months they did not give care about their employees at all or the equipment in the shop functioning properly we were broken into mid-june had my tools stolen in the middle of the night and the owner never did anything about it low quality amateur shop worst shop I ever worked in do not bring your car here

After I wrote a bad review about this location, I had to delete it and make things right about this location. I guess they were having a bad day and was completely booked. Which made them behind schedule to fix my car. However I'm please to say I brought my car back and they fixed my brakes with new pads and shoes, calipers and the works . And I took my car back up there to have a muffler put on it, they did a wonderful job. My car runs quieter and like new, I recommend anyone to come here. They do excellent work!

Dropped car off Friday at 8am, got the call to pickup 3:30pm. 1100 for new breaks. By 4:30, we can't fully open (nor close) the sun roof of our car and the grease shown in the photo appears to show signs of an incident that wasn't reported. One assumption is while driving the car to hear the breaks, they unprofessionally and yet mistakenly opened and forgot to fully close the roof before taking it up. I can see where the roof is snapped on the left side. The TLDR; of the crew was that I did it and tried to scam them. I'd like to see any human snap (downwards) and break a motorized sun roof (only possible while open). Today is Monday 8:23am, I tried to go in to ask for an explanation. Matt's aggression from the start was very telling that something happened but because they were able to get it closed (using grease that they say they don't carry of that color) it wasn't reported. I got called a scammer by the tech who serviced the car. The tech sat in the car and knew exactly where to feel but rather than offering an explanation, I scammed them. Palisade was purchased new in 2021, I just tried to use the business I could walk to instead of waiting months for a Hyundai dealership appointment. This has been taken to the BBB as I can't do much else. The unfortunate follow up from the owner was to send a Hyundai manual on how to replace the sunroof and he/she pointed out the reference to the grease needed to replace it as to suggest that since my Palisade has a history of malfunctioning sunroofs that could have happened after leaving the shop. Where that doesn't make any sense is the idea that a sunroof that does malfunction, magically malfunctions with white grease appearing out of nowhere. That only solidifies my claim that something happened and they found a manual from Google to help them get the sunroof at least closed.

As good pricing as you could get during these times. work on my car was well done, but the customer service I received from Tony was OUTSTANDING. Very transparent with all things that were needed for my car to run it's best, and offered additional service. Great job!

Midas on 10200 S. Western has great customer service. I brought my car in and they ran into a problem with getting rotors due to a communication error. But given the obstacles that were in play, they were still able to get me done that day! Matthew went over & beyond to make sure that I was taken care of when it came to my car! Can’t get customer service like that nowadays at all!

Everything and everybody was very professional. I didn’t have to guess and wonder what they were doin. The mechanic actually showed me the problem upon inspection and my questions were answered clearly. I felt as if I was gettin the service that I needed and not just what they wanted to give me just to make some money! I also received some good tips on my car being that I have high mileage and I appreciate it all!!! All in all great experience
