I didn't get the electronic inspection that was INCLUDED with the oil change nor did I get any type of inspection like Midas always does. No fluids checked, nothing!

My car needed some maintenance done and I was referred to this location. Well thankfully i came here because Nick got me in fast, he was very professional and explained everything to me before i got the work done. I didnt wait a long time and even then Nick made sure i was doing ok. Great customer service and great people all around. They do not take advantage of women customers which is a PLUS in my book. Thank you again Nick!

I arrived at the store around 4 pm thinking that I was late. Gabby and the store people fixed my car within a few minutes. They did this with smiles and I was so very grateful. Thank you for your hospitality! I recommend going to this place for any car repairs.

I am a long time resident of South Loop and with 2 cars in the family we did some repairs work in all available shops in South Loop throughout those years. I can reassure you that you will not get a better shop around than Midas. Price are reasonable, staff is honest and professional and very friendly and understanding of your needs. You have a feeling that they care about you and your vehicle and that unfortunately is very rare now.I really appreciate the customer service of Sebastián. We did numerous repairs to our cars at this shop and we are very satisfied with the work and customer service. Strongly recommended to try this shop! You will not be disappointed!

My muffler/ pipe seperated and fell as I was turning near the intersection of the store. The staff were able to help weld and repair my exzisting system. i was back on the road in a couple hours.

Fahad is always so helpful and honest whenever I come in with an issue. I’ve taken my car in for all my oil changes and also more recently because my car was making a noise and my radio wasn’t working. I also needed someone to take a look at my tires and put air in them and Fahad always helped me out even on busy days even when I didn’t have an appointment. Definitely recommend this location for all your car needs

Called to make an appointment at 10, they said they didn’t have any appointments on file, but said they could take me as a walk in. They quoted me 1-1.5 hours, it’s been 2 hours and they haven’t even taken my car in to work on it yet, and haven’t acknowledged anything about it taking longer or apologized. Staff was nice but I would have gone somewhere else or scheduled another appointment if I knew it would take this long
