Excellent work, reasonable on price, and very efficient. They did an alternator, front calipers, rotors, and a tire pressure sensor in a few hours on a Saturday (didn’t have an appointment or anything, just called in the morning). Staff transparent and knowledgeable. Nice to have a reliable shop in the city thats also efficient.

Went for an oil change, which is supposed to include topping off fluids and vehicle inspection. When I picked up my car, I specifically asked if the brakes had been inspected. They told me yes, and that they were fine. A couple of weeks later, my brakes started squeaking. So I called to verify that my brakes had been inspected. They then told me a brake inspection was not mentioned anywhere on the right up, but that I could bring my car back in to have them checked. I took my car back for an inspection for them to then tell me all four brake pads and rotors needed replacing. At that point, I didn't trust anything they said. Either they bold faced lied about inspecting them when I initially brought my car in for an oil change, or they lied about my car needing a complete brake job two weeks later. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing. Be careful trusting them to be honest about their service or your car needs.

If I can give them 10 stars, I really would! As a woman, it is hard to come across an auto shop with great customer service [Shout out to Joey] and not to be taking advantage of! Unfortunately, this morning once I got to work I noticed that one of my tires had a puncture as well as a nail in it! I went to the closest auto shop by my job which ended up to be closed when online it showed opened - BUMMER! Midas was the next closest shop before my tire became completely flat! I knew where the puncture was located that the tire was not repairable to patch up! :( Joey was able to get someone to replace it with my spare in no time - PROMPT SERVICE! Ending up at this Midas was def meant to be, I would def recommend and come back, if ever! Thanks guys!

Got a flat tire hitting a curb with sidewall damage. Called this Midas location, and they were able to see me quickly (and also gave me a tow company recommendation to quickly get me there). Got my tire replaced in less than an hour. Really friendly, I strongly recommend!!

I had a nail in my tire and stopped by to get it fixed. I came by without an appointment and they were able to fit me in for service in a timely manner and did great, efficient work. Joey was particularly helpful. Next time I have any car issue, I definitely plan to come back to this location!

I went in for an oil change. They had told me that the struts needed to be replaced. Instead of clarifying that each individual strut cost upwards of $500 each, they made simply stated it as it was an overall price for both. In addition, they never mentioned what the service fee was (around $450) and also failed to mentioned the overall price ($1,600) until it was time to pick up my vehicle. The most infuriating part however, was them acting like they did me a favor and take down the price at "cost" so instead of the initial $1,600 it was $1,300.

Today I noticed I had a slowing leaking flat tire thirty minutes before a big event 😭 they took me right away, showed me a picture of the nail, gave me a recommendation for a new tire and patched it there and didn’t even charge me. Honestly such amazing service I’ll be back for more routine needs!

Have two cars serviced here. Both scheduled maintenance and diagnosing rattling or what not. Every time very professional work and half the price of the dealer. Told my neighbor to go here too

I'm not one for leaving "scathing" reviews... so I'll just say... DON'T GO HERE. Only been there twice even though I have lived across the street for 18 years! Both times... very unsatisfactory. Second visit... they didn't fix the one item I went in for... replacement of my rear window wiper. The gentleman at the front desk (large set/Hispanic/go-tee) was not pleasurable whatsoever to deal with. He told me it did not need to be replaced. HE DIDN'T WANT TO SPECIAL ORDER IT. IT'S EXTRA WORK FOR HIM. They were happy to replace my front wipers that they had sitting conveniently in their store room... at an extreme up charge. I look at my rear windiw and the wiper was in STRANDS! I'm not sure what to think about that visit.

Told it was going to take an hour and a half but took 3. I wondered why? So I looked through the window and saw the employee playing on his phone using social media.They did not honor the price match guarentee and did not know I spoke Spanish while talking about customers. Very bad service. Edit: the brakes didn’t even make it to 50,000 miles before I had to replace them again. They would not honor their lifetime warranty. Please stay away.

When in yesterday with my fiancé, due to a squeak noise, & got a fast quote on breaks in the rear. Fast, efficient and professional. The noise went away instantly . The manager Jose was very helpful and made our experience outstanding. 10/10 rec.

I was a loyal customer for 6 years until this past month when their front desk salesman (Adam) tried to convince me that my car needed thousands of dollars worth of work done- Upon going to 2 other auto repair shops they told me this was an absolute lie and my car was totally fine. I would be very very careful if you are a woman going to this shop because they may be preying on people that may not know any better. I would definitely ask for pictures and proof as this was a jarring experience and one of my most negative experiences with an auto shop.

This Midas location has been consistently so helpful, friendly, and reliable for any service need I’ve had over the past several years-I’ve gotten tires from them as well as help with other car concerns (tail light out, etc.), and they’ve always made service so easy and efficient! I was driving to Chicago and the metal undercarriage engine shield became dislodged and was dragging quite loudly under the car. We called Midas and they took us in right away. They removed the shield and sent us on our way in minutes. I was relieved it was so easy and they didn’t charge us!!
