Went in for a free brake inspection. Then came back a couple days later to get my brakes redone WITH a discount they were offering on their website. Safe to say, my car is running like brand new all over again. Gio the manager & the mechanics are great!

I get all of my car needs serviced at this location even though I live in Niles; simply because I feel heard and I received exceptional customer service!!! And they don't try to rip me off like other places would. I've never had a bad experience here so I'll keep coming. Thank you so much 😊

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I took my car to them a while back when I was having some serious misfire issues. I was asked to leave the car overnight so they could look at it the next day. I came down with COVID, and they told me they'd have to change the spark plugs and coils. Okay, sure. Then they quoted me a price of 1800 DOLLARS! Including a bunch of diagnostics plus an oil change that I DID NOT ASK FOR and specifically requested them to NOT DO so that they wouldn't charge me for all this extra stuff. They charged me twice as much for parts as they should cost. They tacked a bunch of add-ons to my bill, and when I asked if we could bring it down, they suggested I apply for their credit card? I was unable to go retrieve my car and I needed the repairs done anyway, so I decided to bite the bullet and allow it, and it was the worst decision I ever made. They returned the car to me, still misfiring because they didn't change out my gaskets and the units weren't cleaned when they placed them. I eventually would have to go get a tune-up at a REAL shop. Then the guy at the counter has the gall to tell me he got me a "deal" and brought the price down to $1,500, which I had no choice but to pay, only for their sheet to included a bunch of suggestions for other work needed on the car (a bunch of BS). I probably could've done the job better myself if I hadn't been ill. It's been a while since my service, but I'm still just as disgusted at the extortionist practices used against me. Beware: this shop is a certified RIPOFF.

These people are fantastic. I had a problem with my A/C that required one part to be fixed after another and about halfway through the team decided to complete the work pro bono because it had been such a mess of broken parts. They sorted everything out for me and I'll be coming back forever!

Amazing service! Just phenomenal. Not only did they drive me home after I dropped off my car to get its brakes fixed, but they also picked me up a few days later so I didn't have to spend money on Ubers. They are beyond friendly, they're like family. 5 out of 5--shout out to Jio, Ivan, and Ray! So grateful for all of your help. And also so happy to have a car place that I can trust. I am so grateful for this location. I was traveling through Chicago when my AC stopped working. Not only did they help me the same day, but they also assisted me with my extended warranty. This location has done several of my oil changes and a few minor repairs on my car. Trusting someone with your car is huge, and after so many successful trips here and a happy car, I can honestly say that I have found a great, safe and friendly repair shop! Highly recommend! Especially for people who are new to the area and unsure about car repairs in general, this Midas will help you out!

Incredibly helpful and upfront about costs. Had a rattling noise that I was unsure of the cause, took it in and they found the cause and since all it needed was a simple weld they did it free of charge. Great service, friendly staff

Great experience, great automotive service, honesty and transparency at it's finest, great customer service. What more could you ask for?! I am definitely not taking my car to anyone else, and you shouldn't either. My guy Geo and the crew will take care of you and your vehicle. I come here very often to get my oil changed . Customer service is exceptional. The guy (Jio) who's at the front counter today is full of smile and polite. They are big on suggestive selling here but everyone is . I've never had an problems with them as far as service is concerned. I do recommend this shop because of the great customer service they have here and the service on my car.

Good people. Fair (as in impartial) service. We brought in our car to repair the windshield wiper motor. Once the car thawed out, the wipers worked again. They didn't charge us.

Great management and service. They could have charged me a bundle for a repair and instead tightened some screws and fixed my problem for nothing. I will definitely go there again. Friendly and honest. 5 stars well deserved.

Under New management They are awful . I was regular customer for years and right now I never came back there , they trying charge customer more than expected and other shops for same work, DO NOT TRUST THEM , and save your time and money with go to other branches
