These guys are so friendly and have excellent customer service. Jio doesn’t try to make you go broke by adding anything and everything to the service like other Midas that I’ve been to. He gives you a heads up as to what will need replaced in the near future. Definitely hit up this store for all your automotive concerns. Highly recommend this location!!

Came to the shop for diagnostic after an emission test fail, and Jio was so helpful in providing directives and information as to what needed to be done. I have experienced so much respect here especially as a woman trying to understand the issues with the car, all information were detailed and provided without being condescending. Very satisfied and cannot think of a better place to bring my car in the future.

Gio is amazing! he is so helpful and accommodating. he always gets me exactly what i need without up-charging me or upselling me on anything unnecessary. he is also very diligent in making sure my vehicle has everything it needs, he makes sure to let me know when other mechanics do odd things to my car.

Went in for a free brake inspection. Then came back a couple days later to get my brakes redone WITH a discount they were offering on their website. Safe to say, my car is running like brand new all over again. Gio the manager & the mechanics are great!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I took my car to them a while back when I was having some serious misfire issues. I was asked to leave the car overnight so they could look at it the next day. I came down with COVID, and they told me they'd have to change the spark plugs and coils. Okay, sure. Then they quoted me a price of 1800 DOLLARS! Including a bunch of diagnostics plus an oil change that I DID NOT ASK FOR and specifically requested them to NOT DO so that they wouldn't charge me for all this extra stuff. They charged me twice as much for parts as they should cost. They tacked a bunch of add-ons to my bill, and when I asked if we could bring it down, they suggested I apply for their credit card? I was unable to go retrieve my car and I needed the repairs done anyway, so I decided to bite the bullet and allow it, and it was the worst decision I ever made. They returned the car to me, still misfiring because they didn't change out my gaskets and the units weren't cleaned when they placed them. I eventually would have to go get a tune-up at a REAL shop. Then the guy at the counter has the gall to tell me he got me a "deal" and brought the price down to $1,500, which I had no choice but to pay, only for their sheet to included a bunch of suggestions for other work needed on the car (a bunch of BS). I probably could've done the job better myself if I hadn't been ill. It's been a while since my service, but I'm still just as disgusted at the extortionist practices used against me. Beware: this shop is a certified RIPOFF.
