I went to have my oil changed the day before Thanksgiving because I was going to get on the road to travel. Once they change my oil, the guy that works at the desk came and told me that I needed $936 worth of work on my H3. He said my hydraulic fluid was leaking. And when I told him that was too much, he asked me how much can you afford to pay, and that let me know, that he was trying to scam me. I’ve taken my car to my mechanic, and said there is nothing wrong with the hydraulic system and it was not leaking hydraulic fluids. Women be aware. The Midas on 44th in Kedzie.

Connor was very pleasant upon arrival, I had a 9:30 appointment, for an oil change, they were done within the hour. This is my second time at this location, I will be returning for tires soon.

This was my first time at this location and I was highly satisfied. I went to get my tires changed and at the moment they didn’t have the ones I needed but In record time they called me to let me know the tires were in and they were ready for me. Went in, my tires and alignment were done and I was set to go. Hassle free.

Very quick service with the option to make an appointment. They were on time and got me out within 25 minutes and had a great deal on synthetic oil changes which saved me $20!

Mike and the team here really went above and beyond. They made us feel comfortable about a lot of work that needed to be done. Explaining everything in detail. Edit: to be less generic, I had taken my car to a small mom and pop mechanic who did really poor work. I told my father in law and he told me to bring my car here. He has been going here for 20+ years and they have never let him down, like I had felt the other place did. He was right. They did see some of the work in question from the other place and corrected everything and made the vehicle safe again. Truly happy with honest work. Thank you. I will be going to this midas only from now on.

I am a younger woman who knows little about cars ! Mike took the time to explain each flag that may cause a issue now or later and how I can go about getting them repaired, not pushy at all about getting extra things done that are not within your budget and they work in a speedy manner !
