El día de ayer fui a una cotización de mi Toyota 2017 y vaya sorpresa que me llevé El peor taller que he ido en mi vida, 2 horas para revisar mi vehículo y 7000 mil dólares por la reparación de mi suspensión 😂😂😂😂 Era cambiar amortiguadores traseros y delanteros, Brazos de control y alineación El tipo entró a Google para ver cuánto tiempo se tarda en cambiar amortiguadores delanterosy me dise son 10 horas de trabajo (2000 mil dólares a *200* la hora 😡) o sea ni idea tenía cómo hacer el trabajo tenía que mirar en internet cómo hacerlo, total después de media hora revisando internet me dise son 7000 mil dólares 😂😂😂 me aventó un verbaso, que casi tenía que bajar asta el motor para hacer el trabajo, me dise que las toyotas siena del 2009 asta el 2018 salieron muy complicadas para hacer ese trabajo ( yo pienso que eso lo leyó en Google) Lo bueno fue que pregunté por teléfono cuánto cobraba por el presupuesto y me dijo 20 dólares, me cobró (25.50) 5.50 de tax. Asta las pinches tax son más caras en ese pinche taller

After calling a few places (Pep Boys, AAA, Firestone) and getting the runaround or no one answering the phone right away, I was frantic to find a replacement battery for my car, on one of the coldest days of the year. When I called Midas, the associate answered on the 2nd ring. I told him I needed a new battery for my car and he told me to bring it in. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm environment and professional service, which left me with a positive experience. I want to THANK the Midas team for their dedication and commitment to OUTSTANDING SERVICE! You deserve more stars...

Conner gave us INCREDIBLE service at their front desk. He gave honest and accurate information on what was wrong with our car and the work was done quickly. He even mentioned certain parts that are recalled on the car, which in turn can save us thousands. Excellent service. Merry Christmas!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. After 30 minutes of my car being in the back, the guy tells me they can’t do anything because the oil pan threading was striped due to a bad oil drain plug. & the oil pan needs to be replaced. We said no and then were able to take the car to my mechanic who said nothing was wrong with the oil pan or plug. Beware women, they will take advantage of you here.

I went to have my oil changed the day before Thanksgiving because I was going to get on the road to travel. Once they change my oil, the guy that works at the desk came and told me that I needed $936 worth of work on my H3. He said my hydraulic fluid was leaking. And when I told him that was too much, he asked me how much can you afford to pay, and that let me know, that he was trying to scam me. I’ve taken my car to my mechanic, and said there is nothing wrong with the hydraulic system and it was not leaking hydraulic fluids. Women be aware. The Midas on 44th in Kedzie.

Very quick service with the option to make an appointment. They were on time and got me out within 25 minutes and had a great deal on synthetic oil changes which saved me $20!
