Truly cannot recommend the folks here enough! This is the ONLY place I ever take my car for anything it needs. I will gladly make the 45 minute trek from my house every single time with a smile on my face. No matter the issue they are always up front with pricing, what needs to be done, and what can wait. Also it's worth saying that as a woman especially, getting your car fixed can often feel like a roll of the dice whether you'll be talked into getting something you don't need, but not here! They will calmly explain everything to you and you'll never feel like you're being taken advantage of. Gabe and Jim especially are always so wonderful!!

While I prefer Mom-Pop Shops, I ♥ this chain location! Jimmy, Gabe and crew always take care of myself and those I send their way! This visit included mount & balance of 4 new tires purchased elsewhere + semi synthetic oil change. $130 out the door with a free video of my car's nether regions put a smile on my face that lasted through a smooth, safe drive home in inclement weather! Thumbs up, Guys!

First time i have ever been to Midas. I went to the Delhi location and they were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I went for brakes because of the squeaking. I was surprised when the gentleman came and told me my back ones were great that I just needed the front ones done but that the front rotors had grooves in them pretty bad. Most places would have changed all brakes. I will definitely go there again when it's time for tires, etc. Great place!

This location is amazing! They got me in same day, got everything done quickly and professionally at good prices. Their master mechanic Jim is great, so is their manager! 5 stars all around!!

Gabe and the entire staff go above and beyond to help you out! I would only take my vehicle here. They are transparent, extremely knowledgeable, and treat you like they would friends and family. I only have one car at the moment and they offered me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready. Also knowing I only had one car they went above and beyond going to three separate places around the Cincinnati area, and ended up needing to go 45 minutes away to get the parts needed so it could be done same day. The price ended up being higher than quoted and Gabe said he would still only charge me what he had originally quoted me. Everyone here is exceptional! Highly recommend!
