Everyone was incredibly helpful, specifically Ray! I didn’t feel like anyone tried to convince me to add costs that I didn’t need, and everything was explained very well. I will definitely come back (hopefully not too soon 😉)!

really a bad experience. got my oil changed and they didnt put the cap back on so later that day my oil burned, leaked and got all over the inside of my engine hood. There was really no accountability or reimbursement. do not go here.

This place tried to scam us terribly. Our child was in the hospital and our car was having issues so we brought it here desperate to get it fixed quickly. They told us that we needed an entire new exhaust system for 6k. We drove further away and took it somewhere else (a family friends shop) and the our friend said all we have is an oil leak and they told us the exhaust system was perfect. How dare these people lie and try to steal from people in our situation. They should be ashamed of themselves. We told them our story too about our child, so they knew we were already going through something difficult and still tried to scam us. Awful service and disgusting behavior. People like this should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Money really does turn people into monsters.

They damaged my car. At first they filled my car with too much oil and after another 1 hour wait they claimed to have fixed the issue (threw away my remaining oil). Later when I got in my car I saw oil stains all over my interior. My car is leather trimmed and all the oil stains are clearly visible in the images which I took outside of the auto shop. They said I need to prove that those oil stains were not there before in order to do anything. They also put a small scratch on my leather steering wheel and interior door panel. They have avoided my calls and I would avoid this place if you care about your car. SEE IMAGES BELOW!

This place is a rip off!! They take your money make promises that they don't keep and they have no idea what they're doing! They had my car for a month and when I got it back three days later I had to take it back they said that my axle had popped out.....how? Somebody don't know what they doing!!!!! Then it happened again about two weeks later so I towed it back to them and they said that my transmission went out! I got a second opinion somewhere else and I found that it wasn't the transmission it was something else that they probably caused who knows...but to top it off someone stole my man's leather jacket and watch from out my trunk I had to call the police!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Damaged my car. Oil on my car interior after oil change. Scratched my steering wheel. Put 5 quart oil in my 3.4 quart engine. Made me wait 2 hours for their mistake.
