My boyfriend came to Midas saying he had a great experience so I decided to give their services a try. Called up and got me in same day for the services I needed completed on my car. Very friendly staff - on top of everything and not messing around when it comes to getting services done asap!

Had issues with a leaky tire, Justin was able to take a look at it right away (not long before closing on the weekend mind you) and fixed the issue quickly. He solved an issue that Toyota has overlooked in the past when I noticed a single tire being lower than the rest- and rather than brushing me off like Toyota did, he looked for the root of the problem and fixed it. Had I needed a new tire, he would have been able to get it changed as soon as the next business day, which is very convenient. Based on Justin’s interactions with fellow clients in the waiting room and excellent customer service and honesty, I plan on ditching Toyota and doing future car maintence with this location. Thank you Justin for helping me out in a pinch and saving the weekend! UPDATE: Kept my word on ditching Toyota and had my routine maintence done here and everything went well. They communicated during the process and showed photos of areas of concern for fixing- offered pricing for these fixes and already had the supplies on hand to follow through. The process was very straightforward and pricing was good.

I called to see if I could pop in due to issues with my tire pressure/sensor I noted while out working. Stefan told me to pop in anytime I could(even on a Saturday.) Stefan and crew checked for nails, made sure my tires were at the right pressure and sent me on my way within 5-10 minutes. Not even a charge so I could get back to work! I'll be back next time and will make sure my kids take their cars to Midas on Wooster. Good folks!

I went in for a free inspection and waited four hours. They replaced a lightbulb I didn’t request and tried to charge me for it, so I ended up paying. Later, I discovered my hazard button wasn’t working, even though it was fine before the appointment. When I asked about it, they said they didn’t touch it, but it was working perfectly before. They are dishonest and untrustworthy.

Love this Midas on Wooster! My low coolant light was coming on, so before topping my coolant off, Jekile made sure there weren't any leaks and checked out any other alerts. He was very knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. Jekile was also quick! I was in and out in a half hour. I will definitely be back for any auto needs in the future.
