Mike and the boys are a breath of fresh air. They actually care about the customer and go above and beyond to help. My old truck was a hassle but Mike was amazing and his crew are top notch. I would highly recommend them and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Persavirant, Understanding, Fair, Friendly, and extra understanding are words I would use to describe Mike . I was recommended by Advanced Auto parts to have them look at my AC. I make an appointment online after hours yesterday for this morning. I go in, tell them what’s up with my AC and I have to say, I know now why this Midas location was recommended. They have to be the greatest group of mechanics I have ever heard of or have had the pleasure of doing business with. They are not only knowledgeable but understanding to life’s little situations. I am grateful for the great work they do and the quality of people they hire. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Sharonville Midas on Lebanon Rd. location. Go see my new found friends.

Took my car few months back , had it towed there and they told me it was a fuel pump problem, paid 800 and wouldn’t start and then they assumed another problem which was some valves that would cost me 1100 which at that point I refused to pay that amount , today I had someone look at it and it was a key problem, I had gotten another key and boom it turns on now , it’s beyond my belief that this shop couldn’t find the problem , I trusted the main guy in there whom I believe his name is Mike , trusted him …. just beware people that they just take advantage of people

I took my car in because it was making a squealing noise at speeds between 10-15 MPH. They diagnosed the problem as being with the front bakes and rotors, which I had replaced 3-4 thousands miles earlier. I had them changed again and paid $840 for that. After driving home and testing it, the NOISE WAS STILL there. When I returned, they informed me that the real issue was actually with the rear prop shaft. So, I ended up spending $840 for NOTHING.

Highly recommend. Had the pleasure of working with Mike and he was beyond transparent about the services he recommended with a thorough explanation. They were quick with replacing my breaks and rotors. Communication was top notch. Will be return customers for routine oil changes & all auto services moving forward.

They definitely do not have the golden touch here. More like the death touch! They had me purchase 7k in repairs just to give me my car back with the engine knocking! They murdered my car!

About 2 weeks ago, I had to have my car towed into this location because it broke down. Literally, worst case scenario, I was 45 minutes from home at a location for a business meeting, and my car said, "You're done." The manager was incredible, had me give all my contact information to the tow truck guy, and kept in contact with me throughout the afternoon, letting me know everything that was going wrong with my car. They were knowledgeable, professional, conscious of my budget, and so kind even though I was near tears most of the time. My car is 20 years old, basically a senior citizen. I cannot begin to thank them for helping me get my vehicle back on the road and for being so calm throughout the process

I’m not about happy with my new breaks Went back after a few days later still something not right with the breaks wait about 20 mins in the waiting room they took my key still waiting nothing happens I just left. This is my second time there.09.04.2024 Manager Mike has anger issues! And they called me back after I left .They forgot a device inside the car it’s called Auel they ask me to bring back !They left my car outside engine running windows down nobody handed my keys. RIDICULOUS

had exhaust system and brakes go out on Friday 8/12/22 stopped at this Midas shop in Sharonville. They took me right away at noon when I got there and did a thorough inspection of my problems. They had to order some parts for my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe. They did all repairs on next day, Sat. I am very happy with their service and their repairs. Will us them next time for all my normal maintenance. Thanks Mike and Crew Job well done!!!!!

We were here for the weekend tournament and I was having some issues with my brakes. I called and Michael the manager was very helpful. He was able to get my car in a Saturday with no previous appointment and ungodly heat and humidity. The employees were honest and fair with the repair estimate. He did not charge us for the inspection or anything. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment. We are 4 hours from home but if we were in the area again and needed a good shop I would definitely go back.
