The staff were helpful and explained everything in detail as well as showing, not just telling what damage existed and how to correct the problems. They were friendly and managed to get my car fixed and back on the road in an hour -on a Friday afternoon. Kudos guys, keep it up.

I will NEVER in my life ever go back to Midas! The last oil change I received, they made my check engine light come on— took it back for them to say I needed a mass air flow .. over $400!! THEN all of a sudden, I needed $2700 worth of work!!! I of course, did not get that done and took it to the dealership. Your mechanics put parts on backwards and that’s why my engine light was coming on and they were still trying to charge me for everything else because the engine light came back on! Nobody would call me back because I definitely should’ve got reimbursed for that $400 that I didn’t even need! ! And you were going to try to take advantage of a disabled veteran by saying I needed $2700 worth of work done to my SUV that didn’t put the parts on right!! Nobody would call me back so they just took advantage of me and told me whatever they wanted to get money out of me and I’m pretty sure that the guy at the front gets a commission for the loans because he was on that like bees on honey! He was trying to get everybody to get this loan!! Dishonest mechanics and I don’t appreciate the way I was treated and not called back for work that they messed up

We had a hard time at Tire Discounters and when we called to see if they could fit us in Mr. Paul at the front desk made us so comfortable and made sure we were taken care of. He's a gem!

First at time going to Midas on east Galbraith rd Paul is very professional and knowledgeable what he do . he has great customer service skills I watch how he treat customers coming in for service . Paul is very kind and friendly Paul create a welcoming atmosphere make you feel at home

I had a bent trailer hitch that U-haul tried to put a new one on & could not get the bent one off. The U-haul manager told me if I could get the old one off he would replace with the new hitch. I went to Midas & asked the manager if he would help me. I was willing to pay & he told me to just put a review about this experience & removed the old bent bracket & sent me on my way. I ask again if I could pay he would not take money so I tipped the guy he put on the job to remove. This helped me pick up my trailer that day. I had a great experience & I am absolutely satisfied with the service. I great place to do business.

Overcharges, *Beware*!!! Paul will seek All /Any Finance Companies then use the whole amount. Additional charges that were added to invoice. Charge me 2 different prices for tires. My total invoice for 1 tire an used rim 348. When I ask Paul why price increase? He replied ( "Blame Biden" price increase.") Do not go there an sign anything until you see ALL CHARGES. I agree with some other reviews. Manager Paul become rude and arrogant when you don't spend the money he wants you to. NEVER AGAIN. My opinion: Slick, fast talker Schemer.
