I had an excellent experience at Midas yesterday, thanks to Eric. Not only were they professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, but they were also amazing with my 2-year-old daughter! They were so patient and kind, making her feel comfortable and entertained while I focused on the car service. It really made the entire experience so much better. The absolute best. Eric and Riley are so kind, kept me in the loop about all of the details for my car repair, were patient with me through such a long day. I can't give them enough gold stars. This place is so friendly and the prices you couldn’t beat. I came in on a walk-in situation and they got me in and out faster than I could have ever asked for. I needed quite a bum it done and they were even able to schedule me for more that I needed for a later more convenient date. Definitely will be using them for years to come!!!

Able to find and fix the real issues with vehicles in a timely fashion on top of, despite being expensive sometimes. But the job done is fantastic,that's why I go back. With lifetime warranties on all of it, why not go back for business?

Checked over my car very well. I went ahead and spent the extra for all the full synthetic additives. And the car has been running very well. The guys who helped me were very knowledgeable and friendly. And didn't put any pressure on me at all. Will definitely be using them from now on. *EDIT* I wanted to come back and update my review. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. But I want to mention Riley and Kyla specifically. Those two are amazing. And beyond helpful. They did everything they could to take care of me and my car. And I can't express how appreciative I am. Thank you!

Great service! Everyone I encountered was extremely respectful and willing to help me out. Had a problem braking but turned out to be my alignment was off. They took care of me pretty quick and got me on my way with a low cost to me. Definitely would recommend these guys and I for sure will be going to them if I ever have any other car problems.

I needed to take my granddaughter's car in for repair as it was unsafe to drive. They found another problem that was extremely dangerous if not repaired. Everything was fixed and now I feel that it is a safe car. There was no up selling which I really like about this shop. If something can wait it's easier to budget for that repair to be done later then have a surprise bill. Highly recommend this shop for all your car service

While vacationing in Colorado Springs September 5th of 2024 our Enterprise rental sustained a major tire leak in traffic. We just took exit off expressway went left at light and just happened to see a Midas Service garage. Never been to a Midas Sevice Ctr and wow what service and professionalism ‼️ The garage was busy but they worked us in quickly discovered the double puncture in rear tire fixed it and told us under no circumstances should that same tire receive a third patch/plug for safety reasons. They explained the business arrangement between Enterprise and Midas and all they had to do was scan code on my key chain and charges automatically go to enterprise without me footing the bill and getting reimbursed at later date. Meanwhile while in customer lounge another employee offered our dog Louie a dog treat and him and the supervisor answered various questions regarding our vacation in Colorado Springs area. The head supervisor and his support team were awesome 👏‼️ My wife and I cannot thank those employees including Mark who worked on car ( the only name I can remember) enough Bravo The young 20 something supervisor and his team were superheroes at that moment on that day My only regret is I misplaced QR code until now and was unable to send this message weeks ago Our very best to team and their outstanding work and treatment of us Best regards Martin Connie and dog Louie
