I went in looking for a simple oil change and ended up with a whopping 175.00 bill. They supposedly did some big check but all my tires still needed air and the alarm was still on. My air cleaner box was open and I had to ask to help get it closed. Like everything that was supposed to be done I'm concerned it wasn't. I waited over two hours. The only great thing was the lady that helped. She was super nice. I guess only to get my upgraded oil change. The last two oil changes here in the springs have been this experience and not satisfactory. Midas in Denver was 59.00! I'm elderly and on a fixed income and I'm absolutely sure I was overcharged yet again

Eric was a huge help with finding me the best deal for the best service. He helped me get quality tires for a decent price and he threw in a free alignment! He has the best customer service and I will always go back!

Camping and got a pallet nail embedded in my passenger rear tire. I brought it to Midas and they put their golden touch on that sucker and couldn't be happier! Thanks Midas, let's gooo!!!

It there was a way to rate higher I would. This facility is very professional, knowledgeable and take the time out of their busy schedule to explain what the problem is and how to solve it. I would recommend to anyone in need to go here as they know what they are talking about!

Made an appointment and wait an hour into the appointment to tell me they couldn’t change my oil because they needed a tool which was a wrench. Jiffy Lube changed it in 20 minutes no problem

This was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with any car service, ever. The entire team was above and beyond kind. The women at the front desk are epitome of excellent customer service and Greg was the most gentlemanly mechanic I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I won’t go anywhere else now and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

If I could rate lower I would. Had been taking my cars to this location for years but will not return. Took my car in for an oil change and came out with damaged and missing parts. Also had to go back because they didn't reset my computer. Had greasy hand prints on my steering wheel and seats and grease on the outside of my car. I was mad but told myself that we all make mistakes and let it go. I didn't even think about popping the hood after because as I stated before I went there because I trusted them. Popped my hood weeks later because my service engine soon started flashing only to find that my whole engine cover is missing and looks like they may have broken it taking it off. Noticed this on a Saturday night so now I have to wait to even speak to someone about this until Tuesday morning due to holiday on Monday. This could've been resolved if they would've had the decency to at least let me know that they had issues and broke or forgot to put it back on. Even heard the girls up front talking about the tech working on my car being " In some kind of mood". I should've caught the red flag then and got my car out of there but by that time it was already on the rack and was there a hour and a half longer than quoted. Lost a loyal costumer in myself. This is the first review I have done anywhere. Pretty pissed!

I have been a technition for almost 10 years, never once have I been in a shop that was this unorganized and falling apart! The shop does not have proper equipment to safely complete repairs. On my first week on the job an employee was installing a transmission back into the vehicle and the transmission fell off of the transmission jack and three people had to rush over and help lift the transmission off of him. This was because that was the only transmission jack in the shop and the jack was leaking fluid and had an adapter plate that was about as big as my hand. NOT BIG ENOUGH!! This trends around the shop. Also they will hire people that have never touched a car and many times will brake parts on your car. The turn over rate is crazy. The next time you need service done to your vehicle id think twice!! Update. The boss (Aron Gillespie) saw the previous part of this review and sent me a text that was very unprofessional and stated that my review was a complete lie and suggested me to remove the review. I have put pictures on here showing that it is indeed not a lie. This just goes to show the Midas touch! Also that is the same transmission jack that is not fit for the job and people’s safety. And yes the rags are on there to help soak up the leaking fluid. But apparently I’m not truthful. After I quit on Wednesday with a week and a half notice I was told to get my tools by the end of the week. The next day I went to get my tools and found my tool box OUTSIDE!
