I went to Midas to get a second opinion on a surprisingly high service quote from a nearby dealership, and Iām so glad I did! Alec was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to explain everything clearly to me. He took the time to review my concerns and offered a much more reasonable and transparent assessment. Highly recommend Midas on Riverside Dr! A friend referred me here when I had three maintenance lights on. The staff were extremely quick and knowledgeable, and even gave me a decent discount since one of my issues was costly. I also LOVE the recap of everything they sent to my cell phone ā it was easy to understand, included photos, and made me feel like they truly checked everything and were honest. Plus, they filled a low tire with air before I left. Highly recommend!!!

Brought my car in to get a tire replaced if necessary or repaired. I was told that the tire couldnāt be repaired because there was a nail in the sidewall that shredded it & I needed to pay $230 for a new tire. I said no took my car to Discount Tire and they fixed it for $30 in less than 20 minutes. I was actually a loyal customer to Midas spent close to $5k there the last 2 years restoring my car but they lost my business after this one.

Came in to get nail removed from tire and plugged! Was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Gabe was super attentive, respectful and kind! Thank you Austin for working on my vehicle! Will definitely be back for any future (hopefully not) issues/repairs!

Alec and his team really helped me out. Pulled right in off Riverside and they assessed my truck's issue immediately. They didnt even charge for me for the effort. Super friendly and very helpful and approachable.

False advertisement.. All Midas usually do that.. send a coupon for $29.99 synthetic blend oil change Then when you go there they donāt have your oil car blend except in full synthetic for $74.99 plus tax.. They did that many times over the years And They never have their offer coupon oil for NONE of my family 3 Cars in the right blend.. I have always to pay $74.99 instead of coupon because they donāt have oil suit my car except in higher blend.. Strangely .. ALL other oil places across street has the other blends.. But NEVER Midas . Specially when they offer the coupons!!!

I have a JDM import, and this shop has done quite a few repairs/upgrades on my car, mostly because they had a JDM experienced mechanic working there. Fast forward...I had an exhaust issue, and the first thing I found out, was the JDM mechanic was no longer there. Gabe (owner?) tells me the "master mechanic" will look at it. After 2 days, I call the shop and speak to an Alex...he tells me the master mechanic is off that day, but otherwise, they can't help me...Gabe told me my muffler was from a lawn mower, and they don't have the equipment to do the repair, and turned me away. I suppose my car would still be sitting there if I wouldn't have called. So I took my car to another shop that day...they quickly identified the issue...exhaust pipe was broken going into the resonantor (NOT muffler, the muffler was fine) and gave me an estimate for under $175, and had it fixed in 40 minutes, and got a year warranty on the work, "Midas" original origins were exhaust repair...I think corporate should take a close look at this franchise. Seems that they are just looking for easy, lucrative work, and not willing to go the extra step for a paying customer.

I have been going there for a decade. Gabe, Alec and the guys are very reliable and reasonably priced. On more than one occasion they told me that I really didn't need something and then ended up saving me money. I will continue to use them regularly.

They found the problem I was having (D/S wheel bearing) pretty quickly, among other things. They got me set up with a payment option and I was in and out fairly quickly with the work that had to be done. The service was excellent they showed me the old part and I was more than satisfied. Thank you for the emergency fix!
