I see so many reviews say the exact thing I experienced… I made an appointment and dropped my car off the night before and it took them days to finally get to my car. What was the point of the appointment then?

I recently lost my husband and two days before his funeral. My brakes went out. They were extremely kind and got me in immediately which is important, I couldn’t drive with the baby and I need to be mobile. I will definitely use Midas On high in the future. Thank you

They told me my appointment was Thursday 10/03/2024 at 10:00am I asked if I can tow her up there today 10/02/2024 so I want have to drive up there and take a Lyft back they said yes that’s fine so that’s what I did the next day my appointment day I called in the afternoon to get a update on my car they said my car is number 15 in line I’m like no it shouldn’t be I have a appointment today and my car is already up there been up there yesterday your worker told me I can drop her off yesterday and leave the key in the drop box that’s what I did he still saying my car is number 15 in line. Alright Friday comes along call they said they sent over the inspection they did with a list of things that needs and don’t need to be done we already know what needs to be done we told y’all when we made the appointment what we wanted fixed now they waiting on parts to fix our car the worker said when they come in he will let us know today is 10/10/2024 a whole week went by he texted today saying that the parts came yesterday 10/9/2024 and they should get our car in the air tomorrow 10/11/2024 or Saturday 10/12/2024 but they told me once the parts come they will lift our car up in the air and fix her like why are they keep stailling to fix our car when we told y’all what needed to be done if y’all didn’t want to do the job you shouldn’t have booked for my car to get fixed the next day Our car got fixed 10/11/2024

Brought 2 tires in for a patch and although the one was an easy patch job, the other was leaky due to corrosion around the hub cap. They repaired the whole tire and instead of charging us bc it wasn’t technically a patch, they let us walk away with that free service. Very appreciative!

Nice guys, but they didn't even fill up my wiper fluid. I figure that was included in the oil change! Spent 100 for oil change and a filter, won't go back.

They never ever rotate tires EVER Never add fluids Ever. I have been going to this Midas for years I-was just there 3/16/24 for a oil change I asked the guy that was running it if they fill fluids and put air in my tires he said yes they evened my tires I was looking as I asked him looking at both by passenger tires were low and the driver side was fine I knew I needed air in my front left tire and could tell he let air out of my rear tire to match the front so I pull off with 2 low tires I’m so pissed off I have to find a new oil change place

Two hours for an oil change with no inspection! I’ll pass! Appt was at 10 am he asked if I can return at 2pm. When I noticed my car wasn’t pulled up on rack. I inquired about inspection. Nope. battery wasn’t even checked. It’s part of the oil change do better.

I was recommended to this place by a friend. I am just extremely upset about the service that I have been given here. In the beginning I was able to speak with Lane, who was very respectful. and was able to help get a loan to pay for anything that needs to be fixed. I was instantly approved. I end up bringing the car in to get fixed and this is where I started to become upset. I brought the car in on Saturday mid day. 08/10/2024 I was told they will run test and I will hear back by EOD or Monday the latest. Monday came and went. I did not hear anything and when I called, they stated they still running diagnosis. Cool. Tuesday- Same thing. Wednesday- Same thing. I end up having my friend call to get information and they told her what they thought the problem would be. Cool. I get a text with an estimate of how much everything was going to be. No one called me to explain charges or anything. No one even called to let me know they will start doing this or start doing that to get it resolved. Every time I call, all I get is "they are working on it" . They gave me estimated date for Friday, than went to Saturday, and than Monday 08/19 for the issue to be resolved. Monday I did not receive no follow up call to let me know anything. Through this whole thing I had no clue what they doing or anything cause they never called. I called Tuesday 08/20 and Bryan told me it will be fixed by EOD. I get a call to pick up the vehicle. My boyfriend picked up the vehicle and nothing was said. No receipt or anything was given. Like 15 minutes into the ride the car started to do the same thing we originally sent the car to get fixed for!!!! Which means we had to resend it to the shop to get fixed. This is our only car and to spend ubers to get to work and etc been a lot of money and top of that to pay 1200 for something that was not fixed in the first place is crazy. I had a business trip on 08/23 that I had to pay extra money for since the car was not fixed. I wish their was a little more communication through out this all and maybe I would have a better understanding. Also, I wish they would not just tell me what I want to hear and give me the real reason why this is taking so long. I would of been way less mad if they would have said " We are still working on it and its going to be about 7-14 days depending on what we find, etc. Giving me days and it not being ready, and with the lack of communication and everyone non chalant just really upset me. It is now 08/27 and the car is still not done and no one ever knows anything. WHY IS IT TAKING OVER 17 DAYS TO FIX THIS??? WHY IS NO ONE CALLING TO LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY DID WE NOT GET A RECEIPT WHEN WE FIRST PICKED THE CAR UP??? THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! NO ONE EVER SEEMS TO HAVE AN ANSWER AND NO ONE EVER SEEMS TO CALL TO LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.. THIS IS CRAZY!!!

Hands down one of the best auto repair and maintenance places to go get your car checked out or routine maintenance. Lane (who I believe is the manager) has truly turned this place around. It was great before but the service has truly been elevated under Lane!

I cannot say enough good things about this Midas this is the second time I have been there and I have gotten excellent service from the time I walk into the store till I leave with my car . Explained every step of the process and they never do anything without my consent and they are always willing to work with you on whatever kind of budget you have I will definitely be a returning customer again thank you so much for the hospitality

They did an excellent job with my Hummer H3; oil change, filter, lub, etc.. checked to make sure everything was working properly, they also fixed my (L) turn signal. Thanks for everything Midas. 👍

I know having a car is legit like having a child. Maintenance can be overwhelming sometimes but it needs to get done so our cars can continue running for us. Sometimes we rather go somewhere else b/c it’s a friend or it’s cheaper. I always say if you want the job done RIGHT and with all the benefits behind it, you have to do what you need to do it for it. I have gotten two different type of services @ Midas. Few months back they saved my life and my car’s life. Ever since my car has been at its BEST behavior until I returned recently for an oil change 😂. Both visit were top NOTCH. Everyone on the team is AMAZING. Trust me when I say THEY HAVE OUR BACKS!!!!!!

I am generally cautious and a little skeptical when dealing with mechanics. I have never been more impressed after my Midas experience today. When getting my oil changed at the dealer, they said my rear brakes were critical and quoted $600. Midas did it for $400. While waiting on a busy Saturday, I was beyond impressed with Lane and the rest of the staff. They took their time with every call and customer. One lady was getting an oil change and said her car rattled a bit. They took their time, told her the issues, and emailed her pictures of what they found and their recommendations. She only paid about $40 for the oil change but the level of attentiveness was beyond impressive. And there was absolutely NO hard selling. They didn’t even hard sell me on my brakes and said I probably had another month or two before my brakes were dangerous. I even got $50 off my brakes when I applied for and used their credit card. I will be doing all my car repairs here in the future.

I usually don’t go to car shops like this, but someone paid for my oil change. I left with my air, not working. It’s freezing and my heat no longer works in my car. They took the tube off my coolant then said it’s leaking. Look at the photos. That tube doesn’t really come off. Attached are photos they took while my car was being inspected also. Circled in red. My question is how did the tube break off between them so-called taking a photo of it and then me receiving my vehicle with 100% freezing cold air blowing onto my body and tube tube completely separated? I’m a disabled veteran and I feel like I have been wronged. Why doesn’t the heat work in my car after coming to this place. Zero out of 10 do not recommend. You may leave with something broken or not working. I had a 2010 Toyota Corolla. Perfectly working heat in my car. Now I have to deal with cold air because I came to a shop I normally don’t come to. I’m thinking of reporting this on a Better Business Bureau or the federal trade commission if someone doesn’t make this, right
