I can’t thank the team at this Midas Location enough for their kindness and generosity! I showed up just before closing with a flat tire, and not only did they provide me with free air, but they also discovered my tire was punctured and insisted on helping me change it—even staying late in the freezing cold to make sure I was safe. They refused any payment and just asked for a review, so here it is: AMAZING service, above and beyond, and true professionalism. Highly recommend this location!

Don't think that Midas just does Mufflers, they do quality auto repair work at very reasonable prices.

This was my first time coming to Midas, so I called and spoke with the Assistant Manager, Khalil Martin, who was very Amazing and Professional, he told me to bring my car in and he got me in right away. Fixed my car and now I'm done!! Thank you, Khalil, I will definitely come back for my car services.

I always take my cars to Midas. They do really great work and have my cars in and out quickly. Their prices are decent and their customer service is great. I highly recommend!

Everything went great. However the only bad thing is the master mechanic was not at all Friendly to customers. He worked well with co workers. I asked him a question and he acted like I asked him for 10000000.00 dollars.

Fabulous customer service and time spent waiting was incredibly fast! David McKenenzie is the manager and I find him to be a credit to this establishment. Great improvement in this location with his guidance. Have been a customer at this location for decades and have never seen it run so efficiently or the showroom so clean! Thank you David!!!!

I brought my car to Midas and they got me in immediately. The inspection was free, which surprised me because other places were going to charge me. Everyone was so nice and respectful. I especially wanted to thank David McKenzie. He was very patient and kind, not just to me but to anyone that entered the building. Excellent customer service!!! I would highly recommend this shop!

The sign said opened just now. I went there to get air in my tire and have my oil changed. This rude dude with queen latifah corn rows braids tells me “you are keeping me away from my son”. First of all the sign said opened and that is unprofessional. I will never come there to receive services after that interaction.

Went in told gentleman that I had an appointment at 3pm. He ask me my name told him my name but I advise him that the gentleman that answered the phone he never asked me my name he just told me to come up there at 3:00. So I wasn't in the system but the gentleman said no problem he can put me in. So we sat there and sat there and sat there and sat there. To remind you all I was getting was a diagnostic test to see why my engine light was on. There were three guys that were just standing around not doing nothing why one was still working on the car. So about 4pm this guy drive up go n and check in next thing I know one of the guys I was just standing around not doing nothing come straight out and hop in the guy car that just pulled up. So I politely when in and as can I go ahead and get my keys back because there's no way I should have been sitting there for a whole hour just to see what was wrong with my car, and I was supposed to have an appointment. I will never go there again I will never send anybody there again I will never have my husband go back there again. Poor poor customer service

Daves a really cool dude. Had to get exhaust work, they found a different solution than just replacement, saved us a 900$+ bill down to 380$. Really good first time at this shop, professional team 👌🏾 even still if i had to pay the 900$.

I needed my brakes bled and called a few different places who quoted hundreds of dollars. I called into this Midas and was told $49.99, which included a free inspection. They got me in next day, and everything took less than two hours. I'm so grateful! I'll definitely be coming back for any future car work.

The desk clerk has no manners. I came in and stood and waited for him to acknowledge me. He was on the phone. He never did, so I just sat down. I told him that I needed a tire rotation. My car was taken to the garage and shortly after I was told that the thread is bad and that I needed two tires. Long story short- I paid $840 for two tires AND a rotation. When I complained, he gave me a coupon for an oil change. Update: the general manager called and apologized and offered to refund the cost of the rotation. 7/22/24
