My car needed service for oil leak. Lane H and his efficient Staff were more than helpful and accommodating. They got the work done on my 1999 Honda Civic with over 200,000. They even stayed after hours to make sure I got out the door and did not have to leave my car overnight. I am definitely coming back here for oil changes! Thank you Midas Muffler!

11/19/24…I had the absolute worst experience today. I scheduled an appointment for noon to have my vehicle inspected due to a noise when I break. I had to leave and reschedule because the lobby was full of customers waiting. I called later to verify the price and a guy by the name of Shane/James, (couldn’t make it out for sure) was beyond rude when I asked how much the inspection was. I was just asking for clarity as I did not need a full vehicle inspection. His response was “we do not do anything for free.” I explained to him that I understand that however, I just wanted an understanding prior to booking with Firestone who is $40 less. I hope he gets reprimanded for his actions and lack of customer service. His inability to communicate effectively will result in a huge loss of customers. However, on a positive note the gentleman who scheduled my appointment yesterday was phenomenal and beyond polite.

This is the only place I will get an oil change! The staff are so friendly and helpful and honest, not trying to oversell everything. Easy to make an appointment and quick service! Super reasonable prices, too!

I drive for a ride share service and Dave and his crew have kept my car in top shape for the last 5 months. I am in for maintenance every 2 weeks (oil change, etc). Dave and his team care about my car almost as much as I do and it shows in the way that they pay attention to detail. I know beyond a doubt that if they recommend a service that my vehicle needs it; I also never worry about the quality of the work (I have had an alternator, exhaust and suspension work done) - I am always happy with the service Dave and crew provide.

I had one of the worst experiences ever with this place. I used to come here years ago and remember receiving good service so I decided recently to try this place again for an older van that I have. I was very clear that I wanted a smoke test done, they said no problem and I paid $150.00. Except they never did a smoke test as they decided to do a diagnostic test instead and they told me there were two things that needed replaced. I said I still want a smoke test done so they told me to bring it back the next day. Unfortunately on the way over the next day I had a problem with my front wheel , so I asked for an estimate on that as well. They gave me an astronomical quote so I had it towed away and I brought it somewhere else who did the work for a third of what they quoted. I then called back and said that I could now bring it back to have the smoke test completed. They said that they had completed it last time which I questioned since a smoke test takes a lot longer than they had it. So after sending me a copy of the report, it read smoke test inconclusive because of crank case leak. In the interim I had the two parts replaced that they swore was the problem but of course it did not help at all. I then brought it to another mechanic and again paid for another smoke test who told me, they don't know what there talking about as you just pinch off the crank case and smoke the fuel system. If they had done that they would have clearly seen that the gas tank is leaking vapor from the top. I called Midas back and told them that I deserve a refund because they didn't complete the test and also gave me the wrong information on what parts need replaced and I had to pay someone else for the right info. So after a shouting match they referred me to their district manager. After explaining everything to him, he tells me " we don't give refunds ". I then call Midas corporate office and explain everything to them and they tell me someone will contact me within 72 hours. After not receving a call, I called again three days later and was told they would call me that day. I waited a week and now here I am telling my story so that maybe at least it helps someone else. Needless to say. I will never go to Midas again.

This location is the only one I schedule appointments to. The customer service is always great. I'm always greeted and thanked for my visit there. The repairs and recommendations are always on point. They do a great job repairing my car. Depending on the repair, they get me in and out in a timely manner. Thank you Midas on Karl Rd!

Went in for an oil change and the experience was 10/10 the manager and the staff was great it was fast. And the interaction as far as customer service was very natural and respectful. I’ll be going back, check them out for all your service needs. They do great work at a great price.

So I made the appointment online. Had a little trouble with my request but they took my wife in. She sat for 2 hours before the car was serviced, had an argument with the manager about timelines and they didn't do any inspection whatsoever. Nice to know I sent my wife to somewhere that doesn't care if she's driving a deadly weapon without brakes. Thanks for the big let down.

(Update Below) The car service was very prompt and efficient. I appreciate the good customer service as well. Edit: The person that changed my oil didn't tighten the oil drain plug correctly. I was unknowingly driving around with low oil pressure which led to the car causing rattling sounds. All this could've potentially damaged my engine. I had to get a new oil change from another shop plus a degrease job because the bottom of my car was covered in oil.
