Got charged $400 to replace a tire rod, but they did not do it properly and have spent hundreds more dollars trying to find out what was wrong with my car only to find out it is because Midas messed it up for me. Never going back and telling people I know not to go here.

Didn't fix the alignment on our car when replacing the wheel rod and this lead to hundreds in diagnosing and fixing the damage. Also created extremely dangerous driving conditions. We're lucky we didn't get in an accident and seriously get hurt or hurt anyone else. Negligence.

If you need anything done with your air conditioner on your car, even if it’s a simple clogged up hose take it to Midas. This company is the best I’ve ever been to. I got treated with respect they got me in and out and no time they explain the problem to me, and I will definitely recommend them to anybody that needs any kind of work done on their cars, thank you so much, Midas

This is my 2nd time for an pilot change at this location. Service was great the first time and more so this time. I had an 8:00 am appointment. I was greeted with a real friendly smile. They immediately started work on my car. About 25 minutes in, I received a link to view a web page that has the results of my car's inspection. I was so surprised and pleased. There are so many areas checked, along with pictures, and status of areas checked. My car was ready in 45 minutes. Check out was a breeze and I received verbal information on what needs to be done next oil change. This is service at its best. Kudos to a marvelous staff.

I went in to get my breaks done & the staff was very friendly, honest, & did not try to push me to get anything that I didn’t need. They did a thorough inspection, told me exactly what needed done, gave me a great deal, & completed the job within a few hours. Connor was very nice & patient & the mechanic that worked on my car (I didn’t get to get his name) but he was great as well!

We had a minor issue with skid plate dangling down, ready to be torn off if we caught something. These guys hooked us up with some zip ties to get us on our way with no wait and no charge. They have our appreciation for making us not feel taken advantage of, and they were super kind!!

The work after it was completed was good, our appointment was for 9am they did an inspection & shared with us what Repairs were needed , then around 10:30 they got started on our car. The job was completed around 1:45pm. In short it took longer than I thought and the final bill was a bit of a shocker. Never the less as I said the job after completed was good.
