Don explained everything so well, and was so patient with my decision making process. He also went above and beyond checking an oil warning light in the car after the oil had been changed. He demonstrated that he really cares about giving good service. I would recommend him over and over!!!!!!!

I've had literally about $13,000 total in suspension work done by Midas, & they haven't failed me one time! Specifically my guy Jordan! Dude is nice with the work!!! A few times he saved me money, parts, time, all the above! I've been coming here more than 3 years...all my cars...my hats off to this entire Midas team!! Quite frankly, I've gotten better service here VS other Midas, & I've been to others! Highly highly recommended, & won't cost as much as you think! 💯✔️

Excellent quick service; reasonable prices; knowledgeable, honest, friendly, helpful staff who won't try to sell you something you don't need. I've patronized this Midas location for many years, and have had only good results! Highly recommended!

The manager, Don Chesser is a great ambassador for Midas. He is straightforward, knowledgeable, honest, and a good guy. I recently purchased a 20 year old 'project car'… 2004 Jeep Cherokee. Body is cherry but some suspension issues resulting in the Jeep Death Wobble at speed and while braking. Don recommended a full eval resulting in a step by step repair plan. Im about half way through the list and now feel safe driving with my kids in the car. The repairs have been thorough and reasonably priced. Don and the Worthington Midas team have earned my confidence and I’m looking forward to completing all the recommended repairs/improvements.

Jordan, the Assistant manager, was very helpful gitting set up with an appointment. When the tires came in they were the wrong type and he quickly made contact and explained the situation and apologized. He was able to get the correct tires in a short time and completed the service earlier than expected. I highly recommend going to this location.

Update 8/6/2024: TLDR: QUESTION WHAT MIDAS SAYS. TRUE TO THEIR NAME, THEY JUST WANT TO SEE SOME GOLD CROSS THEIR PALM. FULL UPDATE: We will be switching away from Midas. We've had several questionable experiences with them. They seem to always want to replace brakes on both our cars more often than should be necessary. Most recently, they told me my car needed a $1200 brake repair made that expensive by the fact that they could only get the caliper from one place since my car is a special edition model. They also told my husband his brakes needed replacing immediately, when we only bought the car 2 months ago. Finally decided to get a second opinion on both cars. It turns out they were completely lying. The mechanic that gave us a second opinion explained that cars' brake pads come new with 10mm of thickness, and generally need replacement at 3-4mm. My car has absolutely nothing wrong with the caliper and the brakes are still at 7mm thick. They even took me out and showed me the measurements on the actual car. Further, there are no "special edition" calipers, the car takes normal calipers. My husband's car also has nothing wrong with the brakes since it is still such a new car, and the manufacturer's brakes still have a lot of life left. Original Review: Aaron was very helpful and kind. Prompt resolution to what I brought the car in for. Thanks! Will be using Midas again.
