It’s October 2024 and wanted to add a new review For Midas on Montfort Road in Dallas, Texas. Sheldon, Curtis and Mike are ALL The best and the business! I’ve been bringing all my cars here for the past 10 years - This week I needed an ignition Switch repair on my Hyundai and an oil change for my 67 Camaro and as usual they did an exceptional job! Best quality technical & customer service anywhere! This Midas Shop is by far the very best "complete' auto maintenance and repair place you'll find anywhere in North Dallas! I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here for just about anything you could possibly need in the way of total automotive care ! These guys are amazing - they're all so mindful and caring about the quality of their work. I've been trusting Pete (the Manager) and his entire crew of expert technicians for over a year now to do everything I've needed for my cars - including oil changes, transmission fluid changes, filters, hoses, belts, radiator flush, air conditioning work, full tune-ups / expert fuel injector cleaning, exhaust work, spark plugs, brakes....just about everything! Pete (Shop Manager), Curtis (Master Technician), Jennifer (expert mechanic) and ALL of the employees here are incredibly knowledgeable, highly skilled, very polite, respectful and most of all, they truly demonstrate the highest level of honestly and professionalism you could ever expect from an automotive service shop. I fully trust them to work on all of my cars ...including my classic 1967 Camaro and my daily driver 2009 Hyundai Sonata. The atmosphere is welcoming, and as a customer, the main reason I feel confident having them work on my cars is because the employees are genuinely happy and fully engaged in their work - and it truly is the employees that make all the difference. Curtis -the Master Mechanic- is certainly one of the most experienced, skilled and exceptional technicians I've ever met (and one of very few people I would ever trust to work on my 67 Camaro Show Car!). I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending this Midas Shop for all your car care needs !!

Put in the wrong transmission fluid in my son's car. He claimed it's the right one. We took the car to Sewell Cadillac right after we left the place to check on a check engine light, they said it's the wrong fluid. My son had to pay to have it drain out and put the correct one in. I don't know who's lying just to get money from us.

Upon arriving at the repair garage bay, I was promptly greeted by Mr.Elijah with a warm and genuine welcome. I explained I previously took my car to a competitor showed him the quote. Elijah proceeded to professionally and effectively break-down the steps they would take to identify and resolve the areas of concerns; FYI (oil leak , gasket replacements , low beam headlight replacements & 2 rear passenger wheel Studs) as we were finishing up paper work inside the Manager, Mr.Sheldon stepped up to the counter to greet me and ensure everything had been addressed and to reassure me that I would be taken care of. Definitely can say they make their clients feel valued. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

My experience at Midas off Montfort is always THE BEST Sheldon, Mike and Elijah know exactly what my car needs. Anytime I have questions I feel comfortable asking and they explain to me in detail what they would do if it was their car. They are aware of my budget restrictions and give me solid advice on what I can do with what I have. I have a fleet, so they have even cater to my odd requests to retire some cars and keep some running. They guys here are honest, friendly, and kind. Thanks for all you do!

This is greatest auto body shop I’ve ever been too! I stopped by to get my tires filled with air, and the store manager told me that my tire actually had a nail in it (I had no clue). He told me they could fix it in 20 minutes, which was significantly faster than I would have expected. I went inside to wait with my toddler (who had a great time playing with the office Rubik’s cube) and took a bottle of cold water they had available for guests. Both the store manager and the store associate were super friendly and kind, and my tire was fixed promptly. Highly recommend this Midas for anyone wants a speedy and professional job done.

Thanks to Mike and Elijah for thinking about the customers or just people to begin with, I had a blowout on my way to an interview and not only did they let me leave my car in their lot overnight but they also went out of their way to make sure I could get a tire. Never ever have I ever encountered such kind and amazing customer service. 10/10 I highly recommend yall to check out midas on alpha and montfort road for true care and compassionate service!

This is my neighborhood Midas and their always taking care of me. Oil changed regularly here and if they have a better sale they always give it to me. My Tuneups hv been done correctly and timely. They never hold u, always give me an estimated time of repair. I appreciate them for always being honest and there with answers. Even with a place full of men the bathroom stays clean and fresh. I TRUST THEM!

I called 6 places to do my state inspection. All of them had excuses and treated me like I am asking them a huge favor. I eventually found Midas on Google. They immediately answer the phone, was professional, told me what it entails and what it cost. I could also immediately take my car there. From start to finish it was just an awesome customer experience. I can highly recommend them and they definitely have my business in future.

Michael the manager here was awesome! I had a service done at a different location on the same day and noticed a different sound in my car. I brought it into Michael and he was kind enough to come take a look at it and make sure everything was OK. Because he took the time, we caught a small issue that was missed at the last location and we were able to correct it before any major issues occurred with my car. Couldn’t be more grateful for such great service!
