Very friendly customer service!!! These guys replaced shocks, struts and control arms on my car and did a great job in a timely manner. Very reasonable on price as well.

Stopped by this Midas (usually go to one off monfort dr) and was treated with best customer service once again by Sheldon and other gentleman Dan and rest of staff. These guys are very friendly and are very knowledgeable!!

The Staff was amazing and very friendly. Im new to the area and the workers here assisted with car recommendations and my oil change. I would HIGHLY recommend this location. Atmosphere was very welcoming also.

This particular Midas will not honor any other Midas' deals when it comes to a national warranty on products purchased from any Midas other than theirs. Sub par customer service. Will never come back to this location.

Extremely professional! Had ongoing issues with air conditioning over the last year. Brought my vehicle to this Midas a total of 3 times, and each time they’ve honored their warranty on the recharge for the AC when a part of the system had to be replaced (which we’ve especially appreciated in the Texas summer)

I love this Midas location! This team goes above and beyond to take care of all my car needs. Recently got my front and rear brakes done and they got me in and out. Exceptional service with Jack and Don! I’ll always come back, thanks fellas! You rock!!

My husband and I’s car broke down during a weekend trip to Dallas (we live 3 hours away) and after a terrible experience with an auto shop Sunday, we took it to Midas when they opened Monday morning after friends recommended them. They were VERY prompt, and although, our car was ultimately unfixable, they were so kind and compassionate to not even charge us for the diagnostics and time spent looking at it! I never write reviews, but their kindness encouraged us to spend time giving them some praise! Definitely living up to their high star reviews and couldn’t recommend them more!

The company straight up lied to me about an issue with my car and quoted me $2k to fix the issue. I got it checked elsewhere and the problem they “found” is non existent. Even checked it myself and the leak they claimed is not there. Terrible business practice and it pushes a huge distrust to the industry. Won’t return.

What an awesome experience! Called for a quick needed tire repair. Told to come right in ... what?! 😁 Arrived in minutes, and the truck was taken right in. Elijah Torres worked diligently on the needed repair quickly and professionally, and what a great job he did! Will return to this location as often as needed for anything they can assist with. Being a female, it’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I have to tell you, MARTIN the owner has been wonderful, and Lance. The mechanic has always gone out of his way to assist me and even do a few extra little things that made my life so much easier. I’ve been coming to the shop for over 10 years for car repairs and inspection. I have always felt very taken care of and cared for, makes my life a lot easier. This shop is on Frankford Road and the Northwest tollway in Dallas.
