Wow! A huge thanks to Andrew Davis who went above and beyond to help me get a new tire from another location on short notice. He just kept trying to find a solution-friendly, professional and really committed to helping. It’s Thanksgiving and there are so many things to be thankful for— today I am thankful for Andrew and the Midas on Colorado in Denver. Seriously, this type of service really matters and it is rare in the world today.

I had such a great experience at this Midas. I came in on my way to work with a broken windshield wiper and although the place was busy, the employees were quick to help me out. Everyone was wonderful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Aaron for his help. He got my wiper fixed quickly and did a great job.

I came in today 11/2/24 and was not satisfied with the service i was given. I was told my alignment would be done before 4 so no accuracy on time. My truck is not lifted it’s does not have an extended bed. I was told my truck would not fit the rack they had. I had went to Midas two years ago for an alignment and that was never the case. I’ve always went to Midas for my oil changes and tire rotations and alignments. But after today I will not be returning. BRAKES PLUS came to my rescue, and assisted me right away and even gave me a discount!! Midas you lost a loyal customer due to not showing you wanted my business nor wanted to make sure my truck would or wouldn’t fit on the rack before I had to wait all day for a yes or no if they could do it. RIDICULOUS!
