I recently had an exhaust system installed at Midas, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. I would have given zero stars if I could. I got there at 7:55am there was a guy in a Nissan that came in at 8:15. He didn't acknowledge me or the other employees. I wanted another 10 mins till he finally helped me. He was very rude so I left. If anyone knows where I can get my car fixed that is reliable. reply to this post please

Had a coupon for an oil change and free tire rotation for Midas. I needed both plus a TSI (vehicle inspection). So I decided to try Midas on New World and Zaragosa. As I arrived I notice plenty of vehicles in the parking area and the stalls appeared all full. I went inside and told the attendant what I needed. Also asked for estimate time of completion. He said it would not take too long and that they would get to my vehicle asap. So I left my vehicle and went to get some lunch. As we finished our lunch and headed back home I received a call from Midas that my truck was ready. I was surprised it got done so soon. When I picked up my truck I was attended by the by GM, Mr Raul Zubia. Let me tell you this guy is first class customer service. He explained all that was done. His communication was superb. We had a positive conversation. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Midas on New World & Zaragosa for your vehicle needs. Great service.

Was charged $58.99 for AC diagnosis. They stated my vehicle only needed an R134A recharge which they quoted me at $477.00. Almost a $500 charge for an AC recharge. Went to another place and recharge my system for $99.00. Avoid this place, call around.

They were phenomenal here. We took two cars in and both of them were only in for a few hours, rather than days, like most places here. They were very honest and told me my brakes had a few months left and didn’t need to be replaced. I was treated very kindly and respectfully. I couldn’t be happier.

Got a tune up done here and our engine mounts and thermostat replaced. They did an amazing job. Showed their work, and showed old part. . Amazing customer service. I recommend! They did everything they said they were gonna do. they even picked us up to get our vehicle. Communication was on point!

Recently, I had the fuel pump go out on my van, and Leo, the manager, was very helpful and got me back on the road in just a few hours. Replacing a fuel pump in a 2003 Chrysler is no easy task. You have to drop the fuel tank to get to it.

We used this location to fix two issues and an oil change. They only got the oil change. They did not fix the fuel line, or do the alignment. Despite paying over 300 dollars for them to perform an oilchange. Ended up going to the dealership to get everything fixed. I will never use this location again.

Advertised Oil Change and Tire Rotation for $54. Charged $90 for oil change only. (No tire rotation) Took an hour and a half.

I took my car for inspection and I couldn't find my insurance. Javier was very patient with me. I had to call my insurance so they could email it to me. After that the inspection was fast!

Fast service and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't know they offer free tire rotation with oil change, which is a plus. Definitely coming back. Also they’re part of carfax which a lot of similar businesses are not.

I went on a Saturday and waited a while for my service. Carlos did advise me there were multiple cars ahead of me for my oil change and was transparent about my waiting times. I decided to wait in the lobby. He was amicable and had great conversation. He made my wait time great with good conversation.

Awesome experience with the staff, super helpful and friendly. Solved an issue that the dealerships in town couldn't solve and charged me thousands for things my truck didn't need. Few hours with the staff here and they diagnosed my issue and it was a simple fix. They listen to the cutomer and aim to please and not sell you anything other than what you are looking for. They will be seeing me for all my vehicles needs. Highly recommend the team here for your needs.

New management seems incompetent. I first brought in my car one day and them that my tire was going low consistently but simply puts air in all four, claiming its the temperature. A few days later, the tire is low and finally convince them to check the tires. Unsurprisingly, there was a nail. But instead of simply patching it up, the boss tells me they are unable to patch it due to wear the nail was and says i have to buy a new one. A day later, I go to the Discount Tires near by and within the hour they patch up the same tire (free of charge).
