Went in to get a oil change and I was extremely satisfied with the service very good customer service and not to mention the prices , great communication Raul was very good at explaining the issues with my vehicle great guy and awesome attitude you can’t beat the prices and the customer service any where else definitely recommend midas for any issues you may have with your vehicle .

Recently, I had an oil change at Midas, and my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly: 1) The staff member I encountered was rude and impolite. 2) I booked my appointment online, but I never received a confirmation call from the center; instead, I had to call in to make the appointment myself. 3) Despite having a coupon for a complimentary inspection, they failed to provide this service. 4) The person in charge acted as if it was my obligation to be there. I chose Midas for its reliability, but this experience has raised doubts about that. During my last visit to Midas in February 2024, the store manager was very kind and explained everything clearly. However, this time, it felt like there was a lack of care and attention. As a result, Midas has lost another customer. I will not be returning. Just wanted my experience out there.

I would give my overall experience a three only because I really had a hassle with my car. But I truly would rate Raul 5 stars because once he stepped in that is when I felt heard and respected. I had trouble and ended up back and forth at the shop for a week and a half. If Raul didn’t assist me I would’ve not had a fixed car periodt

Never go wrong with going to Midas on Mesa, Robert is normally the person that takes care of all my woes. Robert and team have made my experiences at Midas very at ease. When I walked into the office there was some one in the computer who only say to wait for someone then he left. I waited and waited, other people came in and left . About 2 customers, I end up leaving, since no one spoke to me about my vehicle at all.

Midas store at 4168 N. Mesa did an excellent job with my Honda CRV maintenance: oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment, new air filter and brake fluid! I got a great price by using their coupons! Thank you to GM Mr. Zubia!

Raul and Patrick and EVERYONE who works at Midas are absolutely wonderful guys! They have helped me when I am in a pinch and needing a repair on my vehicle as well as the more simple things such as inspections and oil changes. They are so friendly and most importantly, always trustworthy. They do their absolute best to find out what is ailing your car and they are very quick to fix it. Not to mention, their communication cannot be beat! I always feel confident taking my car there and I never question where to take my vehicle if it needs maintenance or emergency service. I HIGHLY recommend this Midas and their entire team. Thanks y'all!

Dropped vehicle off on Thursday after lunch. Told two hour diagnostic and would call with an update. NO call. Called Friday morning. Told would provide an update later in the day. NO call Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Drove in after work on Monday. Given an update, engine is total working to find replacement engine. Will call you later today when we here back. SURPRISE, NO call. Did not hear from MIDAS again until I drove back next Tuesday. They give me the estimate. $9000 plus will need to do more trouble shooting after replacing the engine. While MIDAS had the vehicle for almost 3 weeks, now also has a flat tire. MORE PROBLEMS after bringing it to MIDAS then before it got there. If you hate someone, I would recommend this MIDAS, if you only dislike them I would recommend ANYWHERE else.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS AND SCAMMERS. I came here on May 22 2024 around noon/afternoon. Robert said the inspection would take only around 20 minutes - it took an hour. That's his first lie. He then said that my gas cap needs to be replaced and it would only take 1 hour tops to get one in. 2 hours passed by and all of a sudden he changed his story (another lie), and then 4 hours, and now 24+ hours. He even started ignoring my follow-up calls. Please don't get scammed by these liars and frauds. Many other better honest auto service providers/shops just a minute away like Pronto and Firestone.

Take your vehicle here!! One year later and still a great place to take my vehicle for mechanical service and repair!!! These guys not only effectively diagnosed my engine trouble and made excellent repairs, but they did it in a timely manner while keeping me informed. Took over 45 minutes to do State inspection. Other places have taken 20 minutes max. With only one person waiting after me the guy got on the phone and started ordering parts. I Please go somewhere else . Short staffed or have employees walking around not even acknowledging customers when coming in. Had two customers leave while I waited.

Very disappointed in the service at this location. Have been taking multiple vehicles here for the last five years. This last time my wife brought it in for an inspection, the shop told her she would need work on front control arm that would cost $500. They did not provide her with the inspection report only with the cost to fix the car to pass inspection. I took the car took our mechanic who has worked on family cars for several years. He did not find any problems with suspension or steering. The car passed inspection at another location. Will not patronize this store and give warning to others for their shady practices.
