Came in to get an oil change originally around10/10:30 was told to come back around 1pm that same day so that I could get my car serviced. So I did , and after waiting almost an hour (after coming back when they told me to) they tell me they didn’t have oil for my car and were waiting for oil to be brought to the location. I literally watched my car go up and then back down on the machine. Even with an appointment seems the work is done on their time. Never had to wait over an hour for an oil change. Had to give a star rating or else it would’ve been no stars giving!

The staff was nice. Just a bit of advice. Have someone scheduling appointments who understands what the shop is equipped with to perform the service booked. I a Scheduled oil change and balance and tire rotation. In the middle of my oil change they tell me they don’t have the tools to replace my filter. So I guess the oil was changed. That was a Saturday. Monday on my way to work my low tire light is on do I go to discount tire for air. I explained I just had the tires balanced and rotated and they advised and I quote “Ain’t No Way”. He said a professional would never put your best tires on the front and bad on the back. My husband called so I’m going back to have them switched back. Not sure if they will give a refund or not. Here’s the results from Discount Tire for proof. You’d think they would have told me this and suggested I get new tires, and not put the bad tires on the back instead of charging me to do the opposite of what was needed. Even for safety reasons. Very disappointing. This is the reason women don’t like getting repairs alone.

Thank you to Imran and the staff at Midas for making an emissions related repair on my beloved old truck. I had been told by another repair place that it would need an all new catalytic converter costing more than the value of the truck itself. They fixed it and had me back on the road in no time. Even following up to see how the truck was doing. It’s been a couple of months and still running like a top! Highly recommend this car service. Found them to be honest and very reasonably priced.

The owner-operator of this location is amazing and honest. My muffler was loose and they didn't say it needed to be replaced -- it just needed rewelding. They did it promptly and efficiently.

Took my car in with an appointment and an online voucher for oil change and tire rotation for $59. I get there and they tell me $82. The guy did honor the $59,but no tire rotation. After that I spent an hour there while just about every other car was finished before mine. They were busy, which is great, but next time try a little harder on the customer service
