So I was charged 80 dollars for a pressure test on my cooling system and told that i had blown gaskets. Upon getting a second opinion turns out there was an excessive amount of air the the coolant system. When called to ask for refund I was told that a combustion lest test was used. Which was a lie..

I had a very bad experience at this place,Mike is a good guy but they did a bad job on my car ,allignment only lasted 2months and when a toke it back they said it needed a caster/cam adj.kit ($251.74) plus $36 for tire rotation,the question is. How the hell they got it alligned two months ago?

We recently needed an air compressor pump installed and were on a tight schedule. Dan arrived at work at 4:00 am to have our vehicle ready for when the parts arrived at 8:00. Our vehicle was finished by noon, well AHEAD of schedule. I do not remember the last time I received that level of service. We greatly appreciate it!

EDIT TO ADD: they are LAZY, LIARS. Submitted a form per their reply and nobody ever reached out! 10mm socket and wrench is all that is and was needed from Grease Monkey! Avoid these folks! Do NOT recommend this shop. Requested an appointment via the website and received a voicemail from Mike stating “a special tool” is required to change the oil and so they cannot set an appointment. NO “special tool” is required; unless he meant even the most basic hand tools. Lazy and liars for clearly the most simple of things…

Car was having issues holding charge, set up an appointment and they were very accommodating with time, left me drop my car off outside of hours due to my work situation. They tested everything they could, found no issues, offered to work on it another day. They still couldn’t find anything, but suspected coding problems that they couldn’t fix on my car. As they didn’t fix anything there was no charge for the time. They directed me to a shop that could deal with issue, there were no surprise repairs/fees, they did as asked and communicated what they found and what they were doing. Simply good and honest service.

Going on a 1700 mile road trip this weekend, and needed my transmission fluid checked ASAP as there was some leaking. I was able to drop my car off and they squeezed me in to get it checked real quick. I get my oil changed with them, and they always provide great service. They give your car a good look over and do a great job of explaining what is going on with it, and any preventative measures that may need to happen. I got my last set of tires from them as well, and they are doing great! Highly recommend taking your vehicle here, they'll take great care of it and you. 👍

I took my vehicle in for an oil change ,tire rotation,and inspection. In and out with in an hour. Great service and the staff there very courteous and knowledgeable. Being new to Gillette this will be my go to shop for my vehicle maintenance needs.

Do NOT take your vehicle to Midas in Gillette, Wyoming. If I could, I would give them negative 1,000 stars. I took my vehicle there dropped it off to get an oil change and 4 1/2 hours later they called me to let me know that my vehicle was ready. They did not mention that they cracked the oil pan on my car and I didn't know about it until it started leaking oil in my driveway about one month later. Now I know why it took them so long to do the oil change. Someone there cracked the oil pan and instead of telling me about it and having to pay to get a new oil pan installed on my vehicle this person or (people) decided to put some kind of sealant on the oil pan so it wouldn't leak at that time or immediately after they did their damage to my vehicle. I am NEVER taking another vehicle I own to this place and I am telling everyone I know to not take their vehicles there either!!!

This place took what was a horrible sad day and turned it around. They looked at our vehicle, said it didn't need servicing and didn't charge us a dime! Not even for time or labor!
