A place I tried to come for service but clearly didn’t want to provide any service. I filed online on Friday for a Tuesday evening appointment. I showed up today and witnessed a guy smoking a black and mild…ok not concerning. I then go inside to speak to a representative at the front desk. He asked if he could help me with something which was also concerning. I asked if he had a 5:30pm appointment and he let me know that there wasn’t. He also wanted to be sure that I got the right address which I did. I then started to think that I came there for no reason. Which he agreed by saying, “if no one confirmed, then you shouldn’t have came”. “Most likely there was no available appointment the time you set it.” But if I filed online 3 days prior to the RIGHT address, why didn’t anybody confirm to me?! At least to say that I needed to reschedule - nothing! Clearly, these guys are letting the time go by and not wanting to do any services to be made there. Just rude and unprofessionalism. I’ll take my money elsewhere . Thanks Midas.

Fast, good service, they found a discontinued part for me, repaired my car quickly and did a comprehensive check of my engine to make sure everything was working smoothly. Flexible with timing and pricing so all in all good service and I appreciate that. Only thing I don't get is why the mechanic felt it was necessary to make sure I knew he found me physically attractive and thought my husband was “lucky.” It was super random and inappropriate, made me uncomfortable, and tainted an otherwise good experience. Keep your opinion to yourself, bruh. It would be nice to go about my day and do something as basic as keep my car safe without feeling objectified.

I rarely give google reviews, it has to be really exceptional or dangerously bad.. but my experience at Midas in Hamilton, was second to none. I ended up needing a decent amount of work done but Shawn/Sean who manages the shop was the most warm, understanding, friendly and educational person I met in this business. He made the process which was a really tough one financially to make, seamless and I felt great about what he recommended and how he went about the service. I also was left without a car for the day, in which the owners son without hesitation offered to drive me to work (he did drive me and what a great employee) and it was just a wonderful experience all around. I don't remember my tech's name but he was incredible also, he took the time to educate me on what he knew was wrong, what the best avenue would be to fix, and just had such an awesome demeanor which put me at ease. I would take my car here for anything in the future, you will have my business forever. Thank you.

This place went totally down hill, will never bring any of my cars there again. Went to pick up my car from getting a oil change, and there was literally no one at the desk. After 10 minutes I said hello, and a heavy set guy with glasses came out finally, saying you only been here a couple of minutes. Paid and asked if everything was okay with the car, and he said all the checks were done. Got in the car and they same check air light was on, same two tires were low on air, and tires never rotated. Called back the same guy who took care of me answered, explained what happend and said rudely , take it back up, and hung up. You lost a long time customer!! Hope being lazy was worth it. Will go to Mr tire across the street, much better service

They treated my mother with great respect and kindness..offered my mom a discount and the service fast and prompt...the knowledge the manager had was excellent..I will be back with my car next.. thank you Pierre for the timing and professionalism.
