Very professional manager and staff!! It didn’t feel like most mechanic shops that try to get over on people, very welcoming attitude and felt sincerely honest with everything they told me! Great work and would definitely be going back and recommend to everyone!!

Don’t go to this place unless is the only mechanic shop in the world . My husband went here to get a water pump fix . They didn’t have the part so they ordered it prior to checking the car they CLAIMED it was gonna be a pop out pop in type of thing we had to wait til the part arrived next week Fast forward to next week the part came and we had a scheduled appointment to get it fix when he arrived there , they took the car in back saying they gonna work on it right now , 2 hours pass they said it was more then they expected and they said the had to charge a piece another 30 mins pass and they say they don’t have the piece to charge it . So it took you 2 hours to realize that ? They said they can send him to another Midas that had the charger part and they can fix the water pump over there I would had to just pay for the part that was probably the easiest $100 they made that day so they sent us to another Midas that was 30+ mins away they said they was gonnna call the other Midas to tell them about the charger part and the water pump .so when he went 30 mins out he told them them that the other Midas called them about the charger part but telling them they had to do the water pump as well , the other Midas location was blindsided because they only received the information about the charger part not fixing the whole water pump. So the other Midas had to get the manger because the Midas on hwy 6 only told half the story not the full , so it took 5 extra hours to fix the part til he was able to leave Basically a while 8 hour he been there and had to miss work , they didn’t want to do it SIMPLE So no I wouldn’t recommend this to nobody unless this is the ONLY SHOP In the world Godbless

I had an excellent experience at Midas! The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answering all my questions. They were quick with my car's inspection and repairs, but I never felt like they were rushing or cutting corners. Habib and the whole team where above excellent with there service! They where polite from the start and habib went out of his way to ensure i was taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend going there for any service needed with your car because they arent just there for a check they are there to give there skills and efforts to genuinely serve the customer. Truly the most caring shop i have been to in a while so to me they are a diamond in the rough. Will be returning. Also there prices are unmatched! My car is running smooth and i am happy about that for the price i paid.

I went to this location originally for brake service as a result of an issue that came up during a safety inspection. Upon inspecting my car Habib informed me that my front and rear brakes were fine, but that my parking brake issue would be expensive to fix. He provided some alternatives to the pricey repair which were greatly appreciated. Each time that I've brought my car here, I've received great service and appreciate that I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of! If you are looking for a honest repair shop with great service, definitely bring your car here.

First off...thank God that there's at least one honest, friendly and reliable mechanic shop in Houston and that's this place Midas on Hwy 6 N. They have become my new pit crew when it comes to all of my vehicle repairs. The manager Habid and crew have proven themselves to the point that they can be trusted by not only with the repairs on my cars....but both of my daughters vehicles too, and I feel comfortable knowing that they can show up there alone and get the same service, trust and honesty even though they don't have a clue about auto repairs and I know they won't be taken advantage of...which says a lot. You can't beat the price, integrity or service and I highly recommend them to anyone and bet you won't find any better auto repair shop in the area. Great and good people.....which is hard to find these days!

This is my families go to place and I would recommend to anyone. They were recommended to me by a friend and were everything he said they were. While my eyes gloss over a bit seeing a car part, they still showed it to me and then explained in language I can understand what was wrong and why it was replaced. My husband loves this about them. I like that they are about what needs to be done and what can wait. I love that they shop parts for the best price and I love that they have even been able to fix my windows. They can do a lot more than brakes and mufflers. It’s a place I trust.

💔 came here today for an oil change , the manager Brian was very nice and even offered me a discount for services. I reported that my car had a strange paint smell so I have to ride with the windows raised down . Brian said he would have them take a look at it … he told me legally they have to give us a courtesy check and courtesy inspection report paper. I didn’t want to want to finance with him he told me he wouldn’t tell me what was the issue with my car having the paint smell he instantly told the guy to let my car down and after waiting forever he finally told me he couldn’t do my oil change because the previous place I went to stripped my plug . I watched them they noticed it from the very beginning so why wait until you see I don’t want to finance for the other big issue. Anyways never coming back here again , what breaks my heart is because the guy manager has to be in his 40’s 50’s what if it was your daughter and a manager lets them leave breathing in car fumes and he wouldn’t legally tell her what’s the issue with the car . He has the audacity to ask me if I was still leaving him a 5 star $2K for repairs , and $325 for Rotors

I booked Booked appointment for 5 o’clock. They told me yesterday I’ll be able to get it done while I drive 30 minutes overthere to tell me they can’t work on my car because there’s two people back there only very bad. Customer service should’ve sent me a text message or something!!!! Never will I try to give y’all my business !!!!

I personally wanted to thank Julio at this location he was so sweet our door handle was breaking and it wasn't able to close and we had to drive with the door open almost holding it and he wouldn't take any money he said that he was happy to help and that he could help and he was so sweet and that's if he is any indication of what kind of shop it is I'm sure they're perfect as he is

Had my starter done here. I have a warranty, but they say nothing is wrong with it. Every so often, I here a loud grinding sound when I try to start it take along time after several attempts to start. Very frustrating.

Very prompt and great service at an unbeatable price! Their corporate online booking can improve. I tried booking an appointment online and the earliest window was 5:30PM so I had too book it. I got a call from the shop after 5 minutes that I can go in earlier at 3:00PM which worked a lot better for me! Staff are all professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
