Came in for an oil change and was told I had a special oil filter and wanted to up charge then was told I needed to change my oil plug because it’s supposed be changed after every oil change and wanted to charge $10 for the plug. I feel sorry for people that don’t know about cars or routine maintenance and get bamboozled at places like this. Never coming back.

Today I received exceptional professional service from the technicians at Midas. They listened to my concerns, test drove my car, and was able to pinpoint the issue. I'm very impressed with how my car was thoroughly inspected and treated with prompt attention. This company has gained my trust and future services!

Overall the workers are very nice, but they tend to lie about the wait time like if they tell you a couple of minutes it’s more like 15-20 mins and if they tell you 25 mins it’s going to be 40 mins. With that in mind the seating area of the store is very clean and spacious.

So today I need an oil change and I pass by Midas i said let me pull in here so soon as I pull in Jose came to my car and help me to where I need to be once I got inside Anthony further help me when I say all of them was respectful and well knowledgeable on the things I was asking well once they got under my hood they seen some problems and quickly told me they also sent me pic and a link to see more info oh and I almost forgot for to say it’s all men work there they bathroom was clean I mean cleans ladies yall know how we is about them bathroom trust me it was clean but i would recommend this location to anyone thanks you Anthony and Jose see yall next time

This is my 2nd time coming to this Midas location and I am very pleased with their work. They are fast, efficient and friendly. They kept me informed about everything they were doing. I will continue getting my car serviced here and definitely recommend them.

This is my second weekend in a row attempting to get an oil change at this location. "Anthony" the manager supposedly, does NOT know how to manage this business! He tells me to make an appointment but doesn't never answer the phone. When doing it online he states that schedule isn't accurate and doesn't confirm your appointment. This location is a waste of time & energy!
