Parts were very expensive but honestly not sure that would make a difference anywhere you go, and it doesn't take away from the Friendly and helpful staff. They were an amazing help and went above and beyond to ensure that My vehicle was made safe and I was helped as much as possible. Grateful to the entire team.

Got my exhaust system fixed and oil changed weeks back. And the service was fast and fantastic. Everything was done in a timely manner and quick. Definitely will go back again for any problems.

I came here at the recommendation of my trusted mechanic for an alignment. Demetrius was a professional individual with a great personality. I was in and out in a reasonable time frame for how busy they were. If there’s ever something my mechanic can’t complete for some reason, I’ll definitely inquire to these friendly folks again. Terrible place. They change staff constantly and you dont really know who you will see next time. They put the wrong oil in my car (for 42 $) and next time they said it will be 82 dollars this time. They dont even know what oil to use for each car. They dont even keep good records of your car in their computer. I will sue them

I would not take car there. Nate is rude, disrespectful, and price gauges. When Brad was there it was great! Nate refused to email me quote for repairs. When I went in person I had my mother on phone due to how he had been yelling on phone previously. She was so upset over how he was talking to me. Would not let me speak just cut me off to tell me how good he is. She has made complaint with corporate. Nate just cost his location a lot of money. I have already spoken to my corporate office and played the phone conversation and they are refi g to use as well.

Not good. There was a mix-up on what was supposed to happen and I have been over charged and they won't take 5 minutes of their time to check and make sure that a serpentine belt was installed properly. Had to call customer service and waiting on response.

Andrew took the time to talk through the issues I’m having with my truck and did a top to bottom inspection. He was up front and straightforward about what they found and didn’t pressure me to get things fixed that weren’t of immediate concern. Very helpful and very polite! I’ve been a customer at this location for years and take every car we’ve owned there and will continue to do so!

I’m so appreciative of how friendly the staff are at the downtown location. I had been quoted twice the amount at another tire retail. Midas took care of me for less and I have a warranty for the rugged Indy streets! I will be going back for any other repair needs.

My wife and I were headed to Cleveland for my best friends engagement party. Got my oil changed a few days prior (will not list where that service was done) and they did not correctly put the cover back on after doing my oil, so it fell off mid driving on the highway which is extremely dangerous. I called up to Midas and spoke with Andrew, he said they could get me in asap, just to come on in. We pulled in and I spoke to Andrew and Cole took no more than 60 seconds taking off the cover and taking care of us. Will be back again and will only get my vehicle serviced at this auto repair shop moving forward.

The Staff here is really helpful. They provide you with all the option, answer your questions and let you make a good judgement on how do you want to move forward with the repairs. Their turn around time is also good.
