Clean Store, friendly Employees, but got my address and city zip incorrect. I called they immediately took care of it. Oil change Service was quick. I now have 4 vehicles they have serviced to date 👍🏾 The price was ok, would like more coupons available for multi vehicle service

I got a flat tire down the road from Midas right before closing hours and they told they could get me in the next day which was great. I was out front trying to give my stuck tire one more attempt and the same gentleman (sorry I forgot your name) came out and told me he had a minute to help me out. He got my tire off and didn't charge me for it. To do that right before closing hours while the shop could have easily profited off of me really meant a lot and he truly saved my night. Thank you!

I have been a loyal customer since Midas took over the shop on Raceway a couple of years back. Honestly, I have had both really good and... Really not so good experiences at this location... I will not name , names however, I do feel some leadership opportunities may exist at this location. I have had to on several occasions bring my vehicles back to the shop to have repairs , repaired... Lost Locking Lug Nuts ( Replaced at Stores Cost ) 2 visits Serpentine Belt Replacement had to have a warranty repair on a brand new belt... 2 visits Most recently paid $ 300.00 to have a Positive Battery Cable replaced that some how burnt the EGR Value and Tube causing a loud noise from the exhaust... 3 minutes after leaving the location. ( Did a Real Test Drive Happen ??? ) That took 3 visits, VP intervention and change in venue to finally get the repair completed and done correctly. Unfortunately, I will be hard pressed to return to this location for any services in the future. I do want to thank the District VP staying involved and listening to my concerns and handling all action items in a very friendly and very timely manner !! Thank you !!

It is not Every day when you can enjoy a customer service experience while spending money! Every time I call, the representatives are very kind and accommodating! I would like to thank Morgan ,Phil, Fred , and Adam their excellent Customer Service and expertise! I will certainly recommend Midas to friends and family For their car repair needs❤️

Went to get my brakes fixed, they returned my car to me with the front brakes grinding, had to quickly return to the store. Came to get 1 Tire pressure sensor fixed, returned my car with 2 now "needing replaced". Then had to return again for the 1 they were supposed to replaced (but they didn't notate)....and they told this is not the one they replaced...though it was suppose to be Terrible customer service, 3 vehicle, long tenured customer. Don't go to this one...go to the one in Plainfield, as long as the manager Morgen doesn't transfer there. Terrible customer services, several return trips and almost 3k in cost over the past month. Never again!!

Called and got tires same day. Very quick service, in the store for just over an hour. No attempts to sell me anything that I didn't specifically ask for. Everyone there is very friendly and approachable. I wish they offered a lifetime alignment plan cause I would definitely purchase that from here instead of going to Firestone for their lifetime alignment plan.

One of the worst experiences besides dealing with the dealership where i got the car from. Had to bring my car back 5x to do the same repairs i originally took it there for. The reason I was told was the tech that was working on my car didnt service it right as a result he was fired. But after inconvencing me 5x they still wanted me to pay for another oil change after I had pay for one already. But because they had to do all the work over they thought I should pay something out of pocket. I think not

Went here to get my check engine light fixed. Converter and spark plugs needed changed, costing me over $3,300. I was having financial issues that day and could not pay the full amount at the time. I asked if they had finance options, only Midas credit card. I receive a call hours later saying they discovered another option for me. It was a loan servicer, applying me for more money than what I needed. Received my car back a day later, sounded terrible, and my windshield was cracked vertically half-way up. Fortunately, they fixed it after I called and did not hear anything from them until the next day. Do not take any financial offerings from them. They lie to your face, the loan is causing me to pay double the amount.. so I’m paying over $5,000 on top of the $1,000 I’ve already paid. I would not trust this business.
