Todd was a huge help when I didn't know what was going on when my car was having issues. He was able to run both me and my father through all the issues and what needed to be fixed exactly and was able to offer all the possible solutions to get my car issues handled. Will be going here from now on, thanks guys!

I recently moved to the Eastside, but was sad to be far from the Avon Midas location. I was very hopeful when I read the good reviews of this Shadeland location, and they did not disappoint!! I got the same great service here as I did on the Westside. Thank you!!

I thought customer service was gone! I'm here to say that my belief has been restored in just that. They took the time to explain all the repairs that my vehicle needed. They weren't pushy at all in the sales process and I will be bringing all my vehicles to them!!

Midas on 10th Shadeland is most unprofessional service shop one could ever imagine of. I was told to send my car to them to get a diagnostic service per my warranty company because my 14' Traverse fail to accelerate, so I had it towed to Midas to complete the diagnostic test. I informed the management team what I felt was wrong with my vehicle. They never took into consideration of what I told them what could be wrong, which I figure could be a fuel pump. Midas diagnosed a compression failure but that would be hard to prove if no gas was running through the fuel lines or if the engine wouldn't rotate. It just wasn't making sense. They recommended me to install a new engine so I refused. A few days later I had a tow truck to pick my vehicle up. Once my Traverse made it home I inspected it come to find out it was not reassembled. I made several attempts to see if they could fix the repairs and they would not take my calls. I was tire of being treated like a pest. They finally took my calls and began to lie about how they would make things right. After several attempts I finally got a hold of Midas corporate offices and informed them about the issues I was facing with Midas and without hesitation someone from Midas management team call me back with poor excuses why my vehicle couldn't be reinstalled immediately to its original state. They told me I would just have to wait on them to make it right. They had no care or concern for my time or respect for me as a customer. We finally came to common ground were they would send one of there technician to my house to reassemble my vehicle. My experience was just horrible. The management team never communicated with each other. The shop manager or owner Steven would not stick to his word. I would never recommend them after the way they treated me. I hope they don't treat others like this. I went through all of this to find that I just had bad gas! There is no need me to make mockery of services or your name. It's was pretty evident I got my truck up and running, just by clearing my gas tank with bad gas. You all may have done everything you said but you failed by thinking I needed a new engine when mine was just fine. Best wishes to you and the your company.

Todd , was a good customer service he got me in without any issues and was quick with everything I always have came to get an oil change from here and I love it they also tell you the things that needs to be fix’s on your car give you the opportunity to let them fix’s it are get it fixs somewhere else which is great I love it I recommend these guys to everyone 😊
