Incompetent staff. No one communicated what was going on with my car throughout the day and when they were done “repairing” it the problem wasn’t addressed. The guy at the front desk said it was my fault cause i didn’t mention all the symptoms i was having with the car so thats why they couldn’t find out what was really wrong. Terrible customer service experience. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else

Deedee and Tony are the BEES KNEES! Not only is the customer service top notch, but the man/expert that replaced my brakes was also top tier with his impeccable work. I just purchased a 2023 vehicle in Sept. and the rear brakes were already SHOT. I’m talking, it sounded like metal on metal every time I came to a stop. It was embarrassing. These ladies were extremely knowledgeable and pretty much knew what the issue was immediately. They got me in the same day I called and also allowed me to lend their loaner car at no charge since I would be out of a car. My car was finished being worked on that next day and my brakes no longer make any noises and it even feels better when coming to a stop. I will forever be a Midas customer!! This team deserves all the praise they can get!

I went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. They refused to rotate my tires because one of the tires was wearing differently than the other (no kidding this is why I want a rotation). They quoted me over 2,000 dollars worth of repairs. All of them were bogus. Saying I needed new tires (my tires had less than 25k miles on them, they are under warranty for 50k, and they are in good shape. Not even close to needing new tires. They sent three different technicians at me trying to get my to bite on the quoted repairs. At that point I had to practically demand I wanted an oil change only. They even made remarks when I checked on to “make sure to come back and see us so we can fix your car”. Over a year later and my car is running just fine without any of their quote on quote needed “repairs”. Beware of this shop. They are dishonest. Have not and will not be going back.

My girlfriend and I went in for a inspection on her vehicle and ended up meeting with Joshua the assistant manager, he was EXTREMELY informative and helpful, a very knowledgeable person and guided us in all the right directions, very thankful for his help!! I highly recommend going to him with car care and maintenance

Okay so I just want to say first of all this shop is very clean and mechanics are known to give honest recommendations now whether or not you've had your things supposedly you know done by another shop prior to doesn't necessarily mean that prior shop did what you needed done and that's why u might get a second recommendation. I am the lead tech at this location and I am ASE certified and been working on vehicles since I was 13 yrs old and I am now in my mid fifties. So ask for me and I'll make sure if u have any questions about a repair I recommend I will personally walk u thru why and show u why I am recommending this repair

Do not come here. They will sell you tires and then change the warranty policy. They will patch tires in places that shouldn’t be patched to save money instead of giving you a new tire that you’re entitled to under their own policy. They will also blame you for the separating tires that they sell you and say it’s because you apparently hit an invisible pothole. All in all just go somewhere else. This place is trash.

I DONT KNOW WHO YOUR WELDER IS BUT THIS IS THE UGLIEST WELD IVE EVER SEEN..THE PERSON DID NOT BOTHER CLEANING THE WORKPIECE AND THERES POROSITY IN THESE WELDS...AND THERES JB WELD TOO😳..WHAT THE HELL.. this is from the 1998 Nissan Pathfinder that was at the shop yesterday they replaced the ball joints which they did an awesome job as far as that went...but your welder needs more training or needs to take his time and do the job right

Worked with Josh today. Worst service ever! Their Tech damaged the front quarter panel of my car and he did nothing to fix my issue and instead pushed the blame on me and pretty much called me a liar! I will never go back there and would steer clear of this location.

First time I ever used this company for my car and I will use them always!! Josh Schneider who works there is the nicest, kindest, helpful, compassionate, sweetest person I’ve ever met. I can’t think of enough words to describe him! He made my day better and is very professional as well. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment and coupon for the $49.99 special. I was charged nearly $70 and the tire rotation was not done. The supervisor cursed at me, spat at me, and was very rude towards my family and I. Horrible service, racist staff, shameful company! Do not come here!

This place saved my car. I was ready to be done with it and get a new one until Jacob set me up a repair for my ac that had been broken for 2 years. That and some new tires and brakes and my car is almost good as new.
