I debated about giving 3 stars but sided with 4 because of this... Despite not having enough mechanics for the workload, the manager on duty still had a smile on his face. He could've used his situation to dictate how he treated customers but he didn't. I give him props for that. -Buick Enclave

The front desk man was so very helpful. Gave me great conversation. Very throughout. Asked me lots of questions and handled everything perfectly. And it was fast I definitely recommend. This is the only place I'll be going for an oil change

This was my first time coming here and why nobody told me about this place a long time ago they're very helpful and friendly staff all my questions and concerns were answered respectfully and I got the best deals I used to pay $179 for my oil change and I was expecting to pay the same amount but it was cheaper than I thought for the same kind of oil change I normally get, ohh my gosh am never going anywhere else from today thanks Midas you guys are the best in town.

I always go here to get my oil change. They accept debit and credit cards only but if you have exact change I'm sure they will work with you. the service is good I have no problem. They offer coupons online and provide timely service

My experience with Midas on 76th and Troost in kansas city Mo. I had a very pleasant time when I went in for a oil change the manger was very courteous and knowledgeable he explained everything about the service that I would receive and he gave me options about future work that I need to be aware of. I tell you to be truthful I was not a fan of Midas but ive been in their shop a few times and I'm happy with the service that I have recieved. So if you are looking for a good shop to take your car to Midas is a good choice thats where im going to go from now on, thank you Midas
