This might be the most helpful auto shop ive ever had the pleasure of visiting. Mike and Caleb truly saved the day when I came in with a leaking tire after a long day of work. Mike and caleb both helped me even though they were about to close for day. Thank you so much for helping me get home!

Took my car here for Brake and Transmission fluid replacement as I called around for pricing. Midas far and away offered the most affordable option. I spoke with Mike and asked why their prices were so low and I was told that they didn't want to price gouge and the goal was to help people. Mike was a genuine and honest guy. He got my car taken of in a very timely manner. If you're looking for affordability and genuinely good people I would definitely recommend this Midas location.

Was having multiple issues with my vehicle. Was in quite the hurry needing to get my vehicle back on the road quickly. Brought it in to Midas and Mike took care of everything professionally and super fast. From putting in new struts to putting on new valve stems. Was absolutely awesome experience. Thanks again!

I wish I could leave 100 stars! I was driving down the interstate alone with my two babies under the age of 2, when I hit something that caused my front tire and wheel to completely bust. Midas happened to be the closest repair shop near me. I was in tears and walked in to meet Mike who was more than helpful! He went out of his way to help me. He was so comforting and assured me everything would be fine. He got me a new wheel and tire and had me back on the road in no time. What a relief it was to have someone who truly cares about their customers. I was just a woman with two screaming babies who was desperate to get my car fixed and he could have tried to sell me anything (as many places are known to do and take advantage of women who don’t know anything about cars) but he got me just what I needed, and at a very fair price. I am not the one to leave reviews, but this place deserves it. I will definitely be using Midas for all of my car needs from now on. I’m not sure if Mike or anyone else working there will ever see this, but if so, just know you truly went above and beyond and I am so thankful!

It was Labor day and most places were closed. I had a slow leak in my tire. I stopped in and they checked it and found a nail. Repaired in less than a half hour with no charge. Definitely will ge going back.

Mike at Midas is PHENOMENAL. Not only is he (and his team) knowledgeable, experienced, hard working, and an all-around good guy, but he’s also a teacher of all things cars so you know exactly what’s going on at all times and what to look out for in the future. This is the place to go for all quick or tedious fixes, no matter what they are. You will know your vehicle is in great hands, your family is safe on the road, and you can trust the work done inexplicably. Coming in with an issue, but don’t know what is actually wrong? Not a worry. Mike has it handled. My tires felt weird going around corners and at high speeds - He worked his butt off to figure out what the invisible issue was that nowhere else could diagnose, and probably saved my life by testing, driving, talking through the symptoms, etc. He didn’t slap a quick fix on and send me on my way. He made sure I was safe, in-the-know, and didn’t charge for unnecessary things. Since then, this has been my go-to location for anything and everything. HIGHLY recommend this place! Beyond that, the waiting room is SO comfortable and great for working out of the office. Coffee station, clean restrooms, and good tv on at all times! 11 out of 5 stars!

Thank you so much to Mike Ellis!! My convertible top on my Mini Cooper was stuck and would not close and I was trying to beat the rain to have someone look at it. He got me in fast without question and took care of the problem! 5 star treatment and would highly recommend!

I had an emergency funeral trip to Knoxville and ended up getting a flat tire that I had to change at 1 am in the morning. Since this was a long road trip, I needed to get the flat fixed so I had a spare, and I googled where I could get the tire fixed early that morning and saw a Pep Boys store close by. The manager of the Tire department was not able to get the flat fixed(even though it was off the car already) within the hour I had before the funeral and would not make an exception even though I explained the situation to him. My next choice was Midas, and when I explained the situation to Mike Ellis, he immediately put his technician Caleb on the task. Caleb not only fixed the flat in a few minutes, but also swapped out the spare and put the fixed tire back on the vehicle and made sure the lug nuts were tightened to spec. If you’re in the Knoxville area, and need your vehicle serviced, due yourself a favor and bypass Pep Boys because they can’t seem to flex to help customers in need, and instead go see Mike Ellis at Midas. You can be sure that Mike will listen and respond appropriately to your needs immediately with a kind smile and the expertise required to address you issues or concerns. I’m kinda glad that Pep Boys wouldn’t address my needs, because I got to have an outstanding experience dealing with Mike and his team. When I’m back in Knoxville and need my vehicle serviced, I won’t hesitate to go see Mike and his team, and you shouldn’t hesitate either.

Took my Jeep to get the AC recharged. The folks there that i spoke to were very helpful, kind and took time to explain the process. I never felt like i was being taken advantage of and was not left in the dark about anything going on with my vehicle. I highly recommend Midas for anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle.

Traveling through Knoxville and four auto shops turned us away before we found this Midas. The manager was able to take a look at our car immediately, found potential safety issues and had us back on the road in a timely manner. Waiting room was quiet, comfortable, had coffee and a clean restroom. Thank you for taking care of us Mike!
