I will be a forever customer of this Midas! They are the nicest, most caring people. They truly went above & beyond to take care of us and even helped with getting my husband’s motorcycle started (which died while we were dropping off my car for service and was our ride back home). Specific shout-outs to Abrahm, Adam, and Tibria! They were all so kind, friendly and helpful.

From the beginning walking in Tibria was so welcoming & explained everything. She really helped understand the issue my breaks were having as well as the resolution. I work in customer service & hands down this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The Mechanics Abram & Adam absolutely amazing. Everyone went above & beyond to help us out. I will most definitely be returning if I need any more break work as well as you can be sure I will be recommending this particular shop to ALL my friends & family.

They helped my mom out! We couldn't get her check engine to turn off and couldn’t find the problem. They not only found the problem but hooked her up with some tips on what to do in the future! Abraham and Tibria were awesome.

A huge shout out to this Midas location! We were in town for vacation and our a/c began blowing hot air. I showed up right when they opened and told them my issue and circumstance, which they took my vehicle back immediately. They had my a/c recharged and communicated with me clearly and honestly what the issue was. A huge thank you again for helping us out by getting us back on the road so quickly! Highly recommended!!!!

I had an excellent experience at this location! Everyone was helpful & knowledgeable & super friendly. The mechanic who did my alignment knew his stuff & the manager was awesome in keeping me informed about what they were doing. The price was right & I will go back there most definitely 😊 Thank you for doing it correctly the first time.

I went to the Midas Summerlin location and explained my situation about the S Rainbow location to Jimmy. Right there, Jimmy serviced my car right away because of the poor service from the other location and stated that it will take about an hour. Later I found out that Jimmy was the Territory Manager. Jimmy and his team at the Summerlin location gave me excellent service even though it was an front end alignment. I will recommend this location to my friends and clients that I deal with. I will be bringing my other vehicles here in the future.
