They’ll charge you over $100 for something you can do in 5 minutes by watching a YouTube video. And god forbid you have to get parts through them because they’ll upcharge you on that aswell. I suggested other Midas.

AWESOME!! There was a discrepency with my estimate in parts and price that caught me very much off guard. Sharon chose to stand up and honor the original agreement which saved me a good amount money and ALOT of grief. Honesty and integrity, you can find it here!

If you're looking for an affordable and honest mechanic, this is the place for you. I love that the team loves and knows their american muscles. This is also a family owned Midas so please support! It's very hard these days finding someone who actually want to help you get the right things fixed and really knows what they're doing. Hailey, Sharon, and Sharon's husband have been really great in helping to get our cars situated. We have 2 Mustangs of different years that we've been bringing in for the usual oil changes and recently getting my car's window fixed, which happened in the same day! You can get a quote quickly and possibly in and out within a day if it's something small. You will also be notified of any other issues that may need to be looked at. It was easy, quick, and efficient without any bs in betweens. I always enjoy the conversations with the team there as well. Good conversations with great people. We just recently moved about 40 minutes away but will still drive here for our cars. They are worth the drive. Thank you so much for always taking such good care of us!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. Not only did I witness two mechanics engaging in a full-blown brawl yelling, throwing tools at each other and swearing while working on my car, but they also treated my vehicle with utter disrespect, slamming the hood, driving aggressively out of the garage then getting out of the car and slamming the door, and then tossing the keys at the receptionist saying car is ready. Despite filing a formal complaint and speaking with the manager, the response was lackluster. Instead of addressing the inconvenience and disrespect I faced, they prioritized disciplining the mechanics over compensating a loyal customer of 20 years for their negligence. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I've escalated the matter to corporate, hoping for a more reasonable resolution. It's a shame that this establishment fails to recognize the importance of valuing customers and ensuring their satisfaction. ***Update*** After contacting the corporate office they were in shock of this behavior and gave me a full refund.

This is the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to in Vegas. Hailey and Sharon were so helpful and considerate. These are really caring people who don’t try to gouge you with car services especially because there are women helping run the shop! Makes you feel comfortable as a woman knowing you don’t have to be on guard. The shop is spotless and the restrooms are clean. I send all my friend here. The mechanics are competent and considerate and well educated on all things car service. Can’t beat this place!!!! My number one pick always.

This is the only mechanic I’m confident taking my vehicle to. They’ve fixed the damage done by other repair shops for an amazingly fair price. They’re friendly, service oriented, and they charge a good rate compared to other places I’ve gone to.

Yesterday (7-26-24) I sent a request for a quote to know the estimated price to replace the front brakes on my vehicle, the automated system sent me a response to my email saying that in 4 hours after I opened the business at 8 am a response would be sent to me, when more than 4 hours passed I called to ask about a discount coupon that appeared on the website of this company ($ 199.00 for the replacement of brake pads, rotator) and they told me that this discount coupon did not apply for that location. I asked to be told the regular price and they first answered that it was more than 700 dollars for the brake replacement, I told them that I only needed the replacement of the front brakes and they told me that it cost 415 dollars, more car than at Toyota Dealership (Toyota price is 349 ). in the end I bought my brake pads at AutoZone and paid 60 dollars for the installation in minutes at a tire shop on Tropicana and Easter Ave here in Las Vegas. Do not take your vehicles to these types of places. They steal your money and make you pay for things your vehicles don't need, this place and those who work there are worthless. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Message for the owner or the person who always responds pretending to be very polite and saying that he is very sorry about what happened and grateful for the feedback : Please do not waste your time to post your stupid message trying to apologize because in the end you have earned this bad rating due to the inefficiency with which your employees work and the bad practices that they carry out daily in that place. Do not think that nobody realizes that your message is completely full of hypocrisy and lies. if I had read the reviews left here by previous clients I would not have even bothered to give you a phone call.

Midas on Tropicana was fantastic. Tim took care of me, and turned my Midas experience completely around. I've had a horrible experience with the Midas on Nellis which they are permanently closed. I don't like when people lose their jobs, but when your management is horrible, and the technicians are even worse unfortunately this is what happens. I could tell you what happened to me at the Nellis location, but there's just not enough space to type and I'm not giving them anymore of my time and energy. I gave 5 stars to Midas because the treatment and service that I received from Tim over at the Tropicana location out weighs the horror story I experienced at Reuben Kelly's location btw Reuben I don't need your free oil change. THANKS SO MUCH TIM!!! YOU'RE AMAZING!! Good day!!🤗

Ask them to check the levels in my diffs and transfer case possibly replace my transmission fluid. Also check for an exhaust leak. They weren't able to replace my transmission fluid have the right equipment, and they ended up charging me nothing for the other stuff. I always take my stuff to Midas, they do a great job.

Well, I keep always changing oil there probably seven times the last time they didn’t tight the net good so she was leaking And after that they didn’t even apologize they just give me an excuse so I went back and want to change my oil again. They told me oh sorry we’re not offered the service dumber. It’s a new management. What a lies. I hope they understand. Don’t go there. I promise you gonna get scammed.

Went here to get an Uber inspection after I called to ask and looked online for the available times. Online it states it’s free when I got there the tech says it’s 27.50. Then he says I don’t even like to pull my techs to do these on Saturdays. I felt as if he did not want me there. I eventually told him it’s I’ll go somewhere else. I was gonna pay for it because I was there already but when he said that he don’t like to pull his techs on Saturday, I felt I needed to leave.

Worst customer service ever. Waited over 10 mins in the parking lot upon pulling up, watched the service tech pull in a car and help another car, never approached me but continued to look at me. Called the store and no answer
