These guys were excellent!! I’m a senior widow woman who normally expects to be screwed over by garages. These guys at Midas showed me where I honestly had an oil leak but gave me options since I couldn’t afford to fix the engine right now. They have earned a new customer!!!!’

I have been at this location a couple of times this year, the last time I came here they dented my car on the roof. My car it's almost NEVER out of my garage but I needed maintenance I know my car and every single part of it because of how much I take care of it. I talked to Bob, very rude by the way. He started cursing at us and told me I was a lier, He offered to show the videos of my car during the time in the shop and then when I show up he said I needed a police report. I called corporate and it was a waste of time, they did not do anything and stated that they are only responsible for what they work on. NEVER AGAIN COMING HERE!!! BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR CAR... Bob has a horrible customer services, any time coming here It looks like it's an inconvenience to walk into this place.

It’s difficult to find an honest, reliable car place in this city with so many places to choose from at that. I’ve been coming to this location for years because they always perform quality, timely, honest work whether an oil change or beyond. The manager Daniel has always went above and beyond whether checking an engine light or fitting me in for an oil change on a packed day spur of the moment. The man is a great representation of Midas and any business for that matter. They are lucky to have him considering customers like myself who are not easy to impress, will keep coming back as long as that man is there. Second review: I had a small oil leak after parking in gravel for a fair. I was low on money and highly concerned with what the issue could be. With a young child I couldn’t risk her safety so I had to get it figured out. I spoke to a Robert who had me bring my car in to be checked out. I’ve always trusted these guys so I didn’t think twice with that kindness. Long story short, I came in and found the issue to be an easy fix. I was relieved beyond explanation to get it figured out. Without Robert and his guys I would be lost when it comes to anything car related. These guys are honest, do good work, always timely and just bottom line top of the line individuals. If you’re looking for honest people (almost impossible to find with cars/mechanics) reach out to Robert at this Midas. I don’t often leave reviews but they deserve it. Trust me when I say, if you want fair, honest service by good people come here.

Came in for a full synthetic oil change via a Groupon deal. Customer service was excellent. Jalen was very friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle which made me glad I chose Midas for my oil change. Will definitely return in the future.

Daniel was Amazing! The master cylinder went out in my Pal’s F150 after driving from Utah for The Raiders Cowboy’s game for get Birthday! Daniel and his crew came in clutch! They had it replaced in 3 hours and us on the way to the game in time for kick off!! You guy’s really have top notch customer service, thank you again for all your help!! Totally would recommend and would definitely come back if in Vegas and in need of a great mechanic and help.

I took my car to Midas for an oil change. Jayden has an amazing personality. He's honest, keeps you informed about the wait time. He also, goes over your paperwork with you, and explains any recommendations. Midas prices are fair. Lastly, they do complete auto care, and once they quote a price they honor it. Thanks, Midas

I used this store for oil change and tire rotation in April. The oil change was no problem, but the tire rotation was awful. A mechanic tightened wheel nuts too hard. I realized that problem at Discount Tire when I tried to install new tires. Then I had to fix that problem at Brake Master and it cost me nearly 400 dollars! (I replaced 8 wheel nuts and 5 wheel studs.) I believe that not all mechanics in this store, but a mechanic who did my tire rotation was not a professional.

I'm from Ogden Ut and while in Vegas to see the Cowboys/Raiders game for my birthday, my brakes went completely out. (I just had a recall done on the master cylinder at the dealership a week prior) Midas was the second place I could coast to, the first place (Firestone) told me I had to take it back to the dealership in Utah, with no brakes, so I called Midas and they said they could get me right in. Apparently the dealership didn't do the work properly, so new master cylinder. They had to order the part and vowed to get me on the road safely and to the game on time! They went above what any other garage/shop I've ever been to, and made it happen! 10 stars to Daniel and his crew! They not only got me on the road safely but I made it to the football game on time! (Cowboys won) Was quite the birthday, but glad we spent it with these guys! Thank You Midas on Rainbow in Las Vegas!! I'm finding the nearest Midas to me at home in Utah and making that my go to place for service!

This is by far, the best place to go for repairs as well as the oil changes and brake work. In particular, Jalen, at the front desk, is truly management material. Midas should consider him for a corporate role, as his ability to solve problems for his customers is bar none. I entered Midas with a check engine light. My husband had been going to Midas regularly to have the car serviced. I had a very serious personal situation that required I make a long road trip as soon as possible, and I was freaking out. Jalen took the car immediately, and one of his expert team of mechanics did the diagnostics in a snap. It turned out I needed a part on International backorder! OMG! I called the dealership, who told me it could be months before I would receive the part, and it would be almost three times more expected than Midas's quote. I returned to Jalen, and he warned me it could be some time before he would be able to locate the part I needed. Without much choice, I just decided to go with it. Jalen called me in less than an hour. He located the part! I will be having it installed after the weekend! He is magical and so are the mechanics. Not only that, but he remembers my husband fondly, and told me he hoped I would extend his best wishes to him. Jalen and his team were able to sense my panic and distress over my personal situation, and simply went the extra mile for me to alleviate my fears over not being able to get to my destination as soon as possible. They could have been jerks. They could have been kind but not helpful. They could have fleeced the heck out of me....But they didn't. They made me feel like family. For this reason, they have my loyalty for life. I sincerely hope Jalen will be recognized by Midas for his superior people skills and ability to troubleshoot on the spot with ease. He is one of a kind and so are the guys on his team.
